A joke surely?People cant be this delusional

"I’m a 28 year old, martial artist, video gamer, personal trainer, artist, actor, and voice actor who is bringing together my different passions into one fun and useful website."

A Getbigger for sure

Look to the left of the guy at the two teenage twinks doing the EXACT same thing.  Even on Getbig, there are a number of people who do nothing but shitty half reps and think they are special.

Rapper Eve's man, Maximillian Cooper, who is runs the Gumball 3000 (a race for rich douchebags who can't drive, but own exotic cars), claims he is a "skate boarder" and a race car driver. But, he has never said who he has raced for.

 ??? ??? ??? ??? ???

This was filmed on July 6th, 2012, one day before my 29th birthday
. My goal before July 7th this year was to bench press 340 pounds, while weighing in at 154 pounds, so I can achieve my goal of benching 220% of my body weight. I warmed up with a few sets prior to the recording of this video (of progressively heavier weights) and then got in 5 presses with a smaller range of motion. After a few minutes of rest, I got one final parallel bench press with the same amount of weight.

If I was one of the spotters I would have taken my hands away! Cause that's just the kind of guy I am. ;D

i hate mofos that ask for a spot, and have instructions on how to spot them , at what rep to step in, how much force to use, how many force reps go help him with, he needs a lift off , wants a one finger spot follwed by an additional finger on the bar til you have a full 5 fingers on the bar.

Probably could`nt do two good reps with 185 !  :D

that is one thing i hate doing and never do it unless i have a training partner (which is very rare , i almost always train alone) is ask for a spot.

I stick to dumbell presses or hammer for chest, any other exercise there is no need for a spotter

its been years since i have benched pressed

maybe thats also why my chest looks like shit  :-\

If that guy had no spotters, the bar would have went right through his ribcage.

All these so called fitness people in gyms today have no clue how to train, and no respect for heavy iron.

Saw a guy try leg pressing 10 plates a side....we had to lift the sled up and drag him out......his knees were up around his ears....looked like he just walked in off the street and tried to lift big iron like it took only one workout to do so.  :D

what good is that suppose to do? he didn't go dpwn ower then two inches! there is a guy at my gym he does that same shit with just two plates and he thinks he is the shit! He always leaves his weights on too! such a dick! I just want to knock him out but he is at least 50-55yrs old. I don't want to get charged with beating up a senior citizen.anyway it is frustrating!
