#335 is my 1 rep. I could get 12-15 at 225, which is usually right around bodyweight, +/- 5 lbs. After about 10 the reps get slow and ugly though.

Yea 260-264 depend on time of day or what I ate.

Right now...I don't know if I could rep once at 315. I did 4 when I getting back into it from a torn bicep...frankly, I'm afraid to press heavy since I snapped my humerus in late 2010. There's a big ass metal plate in there and I can just see it snapping or something.
At peak in 2000, I was flat benching my old 300lb weight set for three sets of 10.

You should do squats with a 110# bag of concrete on each shoulder, excellent for Falcon mass and balance.

Its not that good really. Thats about equivalent to me doing 225 for 6-8 at 170 which I can easily do, so Power to weight, I am much stronger now.

Adam is a strong dude, and I believe his numbers however I am intimating that some posters in this thread have lifted more shirts at mardi gras than they have barbells

don't know exactly, i can do it a lot...that's my first set weight, pretty much a warmup/set-up set, for heavier weight.
i never push max effort on my first set, or my second....third set is the money set. one and two are just to get to three.
pushing super - hard on the first two is like premature ejaculation, wasted effort

All depends if you touch your chest with the bar or stop 6 to 8" away like most pros do.

Most pros seem to "touch" (slam) the chest to get a rebound effect then have about a 5" range of motion, claiming this "isolates the pectorals" (oh brother).

That's close to my best. 225x19, forget what my bw was. Prob 240+. Can get 225 for 12-14 at 220lbs right now. Always wanted to get 315 for a solid set but the closest I ever came was 295x7. Damn strong though Goudy. Your natty?
