Yes and the same time Russia shows nothing, while everyone knows there are more RUS democracymakers (Kalshnikov; "the worlds most killing weapon") around the globe than fatsos on GB ;D
The Great Viktor Bout alone probably has spread more democracy-makers than any country other than US.
And most definitely under "government authorization".

I think the numbers for Russia would have been much, much higher if you went back further. Most Kalashnikov type weapons around the world now are either old Soviet Bloc hand me downs from other countries, or cheap knockoffs from other 3rd world countries.
Seems most of the Russian stuff around the world now has been passed around more than Tara Reid on an average tuesday.
