i may be doing something else later and something else tomorrow probably leg workout.

what proteine do I need for this?

my shoulders workout of recent times:


start with lateral raises 4 x 10 reps

military press (standing) 4x10

seated dumbell press 4x10

upright rowz 4x10

reverse "pec dec" 4 x10
