I think the guy was working his core most of all
Not EVERYTHING resolves around big muscles
Some of you guys are deeply programmed
And I guarantee 99.9 couldn't even do that without weights
Or using their hands to help themself up

A lot of this will depend on the length of your legs etc
It is nothing special though, just uncommon.

Try it....
I recently have been trying a couple new things
Eg lie flat on the floor get someone to stand on my toes and to a sit up that ends up with you standing straight up without using your hands... To help not easy, so when I saw this vid I I we that that what he's doing isn't easy.
I'm all about hypertrophic and lifting heavy weight but I like other aspects of fitness too

well i do integrate other things too but i think this exercise would be extreme for ligaments and tendons.. Box squats i have never seen so low. coming up from that low position must also stress the back as well as the knee structure.

I can't deadlift with high heels on either... I can't do jumping jacks on a Swiss ball or take a dump on a tight rope... Point?

If I wanted to finish off my knees I might do it. As it is Im keeping knee replacement as far into the future as I can

btw if you see other videos of his you know he has a good physique, and no im not him. he's still a retarded personal trainer who counts rest time between sets of calf raises, lol.

i could do it with weight but i couldnt do it without weight. the weight would force me down, without the weight id fall on my ass.

I can..@ one point i was doing 275 at 174 as low below parralel as i could get for about 4-5 reps...so to do that with 135,yeah,i can.
