no way....
its the ability of the forearms to keep holding on to the weight that makes it impossible
and the biceps are a small muscle and fatigues FAST...... gets super pumped in a short time ...

of course not... and even if they are 425 still impossible...
once the bis are pumped thats the end of the set and 20 reps straight of any kinf of curls gives a pump so how this guy managed to do
30 reps after that
then 40
then 50
is just pure nonsense

 ???

First of all, that is a drop set, not an giant set, because it is same exercise all the way through. Secondly, no one has ever get big biceps easily, so it is childish to think that could happen. You need to work hard and also be smart how to do it. You guys can't comprehend that simple truth. You compare everybody to yourselves, but 99,98% of the people in this world has mentally and genetic advantage compared to you guys. Stop whining, just do it.

If a bodybuilder says no rest I take it as under 1 minute of rest. If he says 30 seconds of rest I take it as under 2 minutes of rest. Full range of motion = half range of motion etc.

I look at my old Flex mags, etc and they disgust me in the amount of money I have wasted.

And let's not get started on "Weider Principles", man if that wasn't a salespitch if I haven't ever seen one. But, I do remember that Flex used to keep it real with the drugs---interviews, what pros were taking, DNP, etc.

i think no one was buying flex magazine to know how to train.. i myself was buying it mainly to check the contests pics as there was no internet to show the latest contests pics and results like today.. it was relatively expensive in egypt especially for me when i was a 15 years old kid so i was buying only the issues that were  covering the main shows,.. march issue for the AC, june for the NOC, and, dec. for the olympia lol..

the good old days :'(.. now i dont care who wins the olympia and who are the top guys..

Rashid is the second biggest loser and waste of human skin to come out of Atlanta.  (The first being Curly Top).   Dude is a nonstop lying douchebag that would even rip his best friend Jonathan Rowe off just to save a measly $80 on roids.

Years ago he fucked with the wrong people and got his head cracked open outside of Ropemans Fitness on Buford Highway while he was sitting in his Jeep.

What happened to Curly Top? Wasn't there some issue going down a few yrs back, where he said thar he was dating some fitness chick (Christina Roth was it?) and she was denying it and saying he was lying and defaming her name? I think he hit it, several times, for exchange for drugs, and she wanted to deny that there was anything going on.

Curly Top never dated her.  He just told everyone he did because they used to hang at the gym a couple of times until she got tired of his onion smelling ass.  (Yes, he really smelled like onions)

That dude was seriously stupid.  Had a burglary charge against him, then armed robbery by intimidation, and then got popped accepting a suitcase full of roids down at Hartsfield airport.  Never recovered.
