Many times when I was still doing a "bodybuilding diet".

never on the way down, many on the way up
back when i was eating 6000 calories every day... one of the hardest things i've ever done. very depressing part of my life, haha

I'm not dieting right now so I eat whatever I want. Ha!

Just finished eating a ton of garlic bread and now I moved on to some cereal. I should've already left home for work but fuck it who cares...this is more important to me right now.
Diet starts as soon as I'm done this. >:(

but when I trained the most, 4000 calories never felt enough or completely satisfying,
and when I train less, 4000 makes me feel content and satisfied
so the body always want's to get a little fatter and fatter for each year, if we don't do things right

i said fuck dieting a couple years ago i just cant keep up my energy working without surplus of calories just not fun to always try to trick myself into not consuming calories

4000 calories would take quite an effort for me. I'd have to completely force the issue.
