p.s. you can eat whatever the fuck you like, just as long as you do it within reason and train your motherfucking ass off in the process
but when I trained the most, 4000 calories never felt enough or completely satisfying,
and when I train less, 4000 makes me feel content and satisfied
so the body always want's to get a little fatter and fatter for each year, if we don't do things right
