there were two great japanese bodybuilders at that time kozo and shiergita s. spelled wrong.

Kozo sudo worked with very high volume...makes What i do look like nothing . His recovery  ability Was Amazing . Great physique

nice video, would be nice to outline their training routines and compare them.
