This was another Bodybuilder who had a very nice set up physique.. ( Photos i got from Raw Iron )

there were two great japanese bodybuilders at that time kozo and shiergita s. spelled wrong.

Kozo sudo worked with very high volume...makes What i do look like nothing . His recovery  ability Was Amazing . Great physique
