Advice taken. thanks However it does not negate the fact that 99% of the twinks on here dont actually lift or eat right. Anyone who is truly a BB wouldnt waste their time with BS responses to a newb question. Only losers sit on the net and talk shit. Flame all you want I lose no sleep over internet assholes. I just dont understand why anyone would do it. No one would talk shit like that to another mans face in real life.

here is a crazy idea.
1. Lower calories.
2. Cardio 5 times per week...45 - 60 minutes first thing in the AM before eating, while using ECA.
3. Continue resistance training.
sounds crazy enough to work.
throw in some Clen if you can.

spot on advice, but i'd switch up the long boring cardio sessions with some Tabata or interval training

I dont eat too much maybe 2500/3500 cals tops per day all clean food. no junk Im bumping up the cardio what chemicals can I use that are over the counter
