Yup, didn't like it much that BANE was killed by Catwoman while Batman was being bitched by him after a pocket knife in the ribs

I dont ever recall "bane" as a villain in batman.. ???
He looks a little like Barakka from MK2.
-
In the Batman movie they only used the name "Bane" but they invented a new character that had nothing to do with the comic book Bane.
In the Comicbooks this is Bane:

They Already tried that shit and it was a massive FAIL........ the New Batman was better then the Batman forever, The Newbatman movies tend to be more lifelike and realistic and not comic book like

I thought the movie was pretty good all the way up to the last 30 minutes or so. It almost seemed as if they forced their hand in trying to finish the movie as quickly as possible and the result provided for a lackluster ending.
Furthermore, I felt that the movie suffered tremendously from the tragedy in Colorado. The backlash forced viewers to subconsciously associate the tragedy with the movie in a manner that kept people away from the theaters for quite some time.

I hardly remember Bane even being in the Joel Schumacher Batman. I don't think he did much.

You realize that Bane in the comics was also extremely intelligent, correct?

Yeah I've said before they should of made it two movies in split release there was more than enough material for it.
I'm also pretty sure, bob kane's people shit themselves when nolan tried to kill batman, hence the awful sitting in a cafe in europe subplot.

I was thoroughly engaged by the whole thing - plot fuckups and everything. I'm wondering though how it'll stand up to repeat viewings. I'm pretty sure I could rewatch Avengers with as much enjoyment as the first time I saw it, because it doesn't take itself too seriously. DKR - I'm not so sure.

I've watched it 3 times in theater, and about 5-6 times at home. It's still pretty good for the most part I still like it more than the other two. Not that they weren't pretty good.

A lot of Jason Statham movies are like that "Transporter 2, etc"
They'll have some sick fight scenes, glossy effects, really amazing fight scene, chases, etc... Then the last half hour is messy and barely scripted and way less quality. Almost as if they run outta money toward the end and rush things.
-
Look, I'll give it props for being a cool Nolan film...
....BUT THAT'S NOT BATMAN!
Batman doesn't cry, Batman is practically a genius. Batman, in a sense, is an engineer, detective Sherlock Holmes with anger management issues.

Its like they have a glamour shot reel and then they burn through the second advance on coke and hookers.

Oh though it was about the murderous bain my bad
-
the cartoon "bane" was pretty legendary
i remember it triggering an interest in muscles
the way he stepped on the plane and the stewardess was all scared from the muscles......
but in the end he got deflated, i guess he had no base like batmane

There never gonna copy the comic. I'll agree though that nolan's franchise is super over rated, there is just too much laying pipe for a universe that we already should know everything about.
There's a lack of mystery in the movies, you have to be told whats going on by the characters without being able to figure it out on your own.
The only thing that makes it work is bane, he's just so bad ass, contrast that with the joker the guy wins hands down. The joker is a great character, but he isn't a true villian, you don't want to see him be destroyed.
It's the complete opposite of the batman returns, where nothing is explained, you simply have to get it.

It was a fail because they just took a pro wrestler and put paint on him.
If it was done today they could use the new CGI, such as they did with the Hulk.
