It'll take a lot more than a few mls of oil to cause a pulmonary embolism, but if you directly injected a full syringe into a vein then it'd send you into a brutal coughing fit at the very worst. You'd have to do a very shallow injection and deliberately enter a vein though, it doesn't just happen accidentally.

If anything starts going into the blood, you will more then likely feel it instantly, at worse a head rush or you may black out. Now it takes at least ten seconds for an entire cc to be pushed through the syringe and if it was in a vein trust me you would know within 2 seconds of you pushing and that is not enough to take a trip to emerge unless it was actual poison.
So the answer is NO

when i did it in the delt it was a much more perfect operation
pinning your ass is not biomechanically efficient
i sure hope that was a negligible amount of oil i want to have a round number of milligrams inside the body not like 283mg or 287mg goddaamnit

and in order to kill you with air in syringue, youd have to put a whole syringue of air straight into a vein.
but hitting nerves with needles is no particular nice experience, esp the day after ;D

To hit the proper spot in your glutes, divide one cheek into 4 quarters then pick the top left for your left side and the top right for your right side. There is almost no feeling in this area and it will be smooth as butter.
