As fucked up as our "sport" can be, I love bodybuilding and I feel its safe to say that the majority of you do also that are here.
As for the degenerate ingrates such as uberman and others, that have absolutely zero things positive to say about bodybuilding, the question begs to be answered, why the fuck are you here?
You've been here for years and brought nothing, zero, zilch positive towards bodybuilding. There are plenty of natural boards out there so it's not that.
Obviously life's pessimists. This has always boggled my mind. Why waste so much time on something you have so much disdain for?

imagine how a competitor feels about all of you on this site, wiggs. you guys critique everything yet have nothing yourselves. Some of the members here well allot, dont even workout. its beyond weird, so its best to just sit back and enjoy the nonsense comedy around here.

I notice that too wiggs.... its like they love bodybuilding, but hate that they love it, and have to spread their hate and negativity to justify their need for looking at men in thongs. This type may be closet, as if u are truly secure, u can enjoy it and not have any self-loathing insecurities by projecting disdain for the sport....

I can imagine it being quite frustrating. But even then most of rally around the idea that we love bodybuilding even though there are fucked up aspects of it. It's the losers that have never had a positive thing to say (uberman) that leave me asking these questions.

Hmm... I don't know if they really like it but it could be more like some kind of coping mechanism for them.
It's better that these guys run their mouths on internet boards instead of steaming out their anger in real life, possibly hurting innocents.

While this site is based on BB. The majority of threads are just daily life stuff. The pricks here get a thrill off of everybody telling them what pricks they are. mentally small people who are not interesting or funny.

Wiggs, for many of the older guys it is because they've heard the same outright lies, bullshit, falsehoods, outlandish claims, fabrications, backstabbing, jealousy, pettiness, rigged contests, cheating, stealing, G4P, escorting, whoring, pedophilia, and everything else this ridiculous "sport" has tried to feed us for decades and we're tired of it. As participants we have the right to voice an opinion.
I still enjoy training.
I still enjoying watching 1 or 2 shows a year.
I hate what bodybuilding has become.
But when I look back, nothing really has changed all that much. The things I hated when I first started, I still hate today. What was wrong with the "sport" then, is still wrong with the "sport" now. Bodybuilding will never be more than a freakish subculture that hides in the shadows of society. The Weiders could have cleaned up competitive bodybuilding any time they would have wanted to, but there wasn't any money in it for them to do that.
