As I sit watching the origin of St. Patrick's day, I can't help but wonder how stupid people have become. So whatever some monk did in the 5th century, has evolved into leprechauns, green beer, etc... How is that any different from Jesus? We celebrate Jesus with Christmas and Easter. Presents and chocolate bunnies? Columbus day? I guarantee that fucker wasn't the first outsider to discover America. I would venture to say that only 20% of what we know about history is true. Yet, most people blindly follow tradition like lemmings. I guess we will all know the truth when we die.

Ttt for 100.

I was watching the news and just seeing how idiotic the people watching the Pope were was just sickening. I made me feel sorry for mankind. So this dude gets voted by other dudes in purple robes to be their leader and all of a sudden people are crying in his presence. What the fuck!
They showed these 4 super hot spanish whores wearing tight leggings and tight shirts with their tits hangning out dancing on the street in celebration of the new pope. The irony of that scene was just too much.
The worst is this 16 year old girl that got raped in Ohio and the mom's statement about how the rapers need to seek God. That God didn't give these guys compasion etc... If this whore believed in God so much then why didn't God stop her daughter from getting raped by two black guys?

here is the thing...you can't have the mass of people running around without guidance. So, some people with power (economic/political/military) create a purpose/guidance, this guidance is called Religion. This is why conquering nations always implemented religion on those they conquered.
- "Work hard in this life time and you will be rewarded in the next".
- "It is better to be rich than poor"
- "Do good and don't judge others"
A mass of people without guidance or purpose is the worse thing possible to those in power. If you control a man's mind you don't have to use physical force to make obey you.

Here's a Euro counterweight style. A hell of a thing to look out over the wall of your castle and see.
The Chinese invented them first tho and got people pulling on it to fire instead of using a massive counterweight. That made them a lot faster, which counts big if an enemy is coming at you instead of just sitting behind a wall. They also used lots of little rocks instead of one large projectile since they were interested in killing men on the field rather than knocking down fortifications.

We lost valuable information when the famed library of Alexandria burned to the ground. In many ways, they were smarter then we are.

didnt you know St Brendan discovered America?

The interesting thing about History is that whoever becomes the most powerful and controls the Matrix, gets to re-write history and make it look like their tribe of people did all the great things for humanity. Someone creates a life changing gadget and builds a business, the Hierarchy swoops in and
steals buys the business and floods the media with THEIR new creation. The original creator is forgotten about or name is buried where nobody can find it. Donald Trump supposedly told someone that the reason he puts his name on everything is so "THEY" can't steal it and re-write history.

At this point I would believe anyone over Columbus. The majority of ancient cultures were sea-faring people. Do you think that none of them (even by mistake) landed on American soil? I would say its almost impossible.

they probably were only day trippers and had not arranged an overdraft or credit card facility to be paid back upon return

Yes but Saint Nick was a real person, just like I believe Jesus was. It is the passage of time that twisted these people into larger than life characters.

Yes... all distraction and diversion.
Main-stream media is also 95% propaganda. The 'powers that be' maintain their power and dominance by divide and conquering the masses using religion, race, sex, politics and class warfare.
Keep enlightening your fellow brethren.

Very interesting Tape so seems the Chinese invented this to keep people from coming over the wall.

Thats the whole point. Nobody really knows who invented what and when. The best things we have are vague references (by biased historians) and over the top, self biographies by self serving people (Julius Caesar).

My ideas on Religion is this- DO all the GOOD you can, without going overboard and loosing your focus (we are not the government- look after your friends and family).
***AS FOR HOLIDAYS- Like St.Patrick's Day, etc... enjoy! Have that "Green Beer", wear a green shirt... don't sweat the technique!!!!
Save all the biblical denunciations, etc... for the gimmicks like Security1 (Jon Harridan, etc etc) We're TIRED of all the devout Priests getting caught molesting children and all the scandals of those that say we are "going astray". Instead, I am SPIRITUAL in my own way... :)

The origins get started as such but the festivals and celebration get altered to be set for the mood of the style of the era, I don't see how that makes the origin BS or fake or a lie, yes history is written by the winners therefore it is compromised at the beginning but nothing gets altered through time like everyone seems to think, it was either BS right from the beginning or it was not, nothing changes
Now history as the major events are concerned are not BS and are right 80% of the time as far as details are concerned yes you are right, they are only right maybe 20% of the time. FFY Christmas and St. Patrick"s day have nothing to do with modern religion.

seriously, out of all of that drivel, I get exactly what you mean. Religion should be left to each person's interpretation. Religion is not Walmart.

I agree, history (current) is mostly correct. There is almost no way it couldnt be, in todays information age. I just question people who blindly go on heresy from thousands of years ago. We have no clue what really happened. "To the victor go the spoils"....and the storylines :-\

Yes you are right, once the story teller starts getting into details, your safe to call BS.

Not necessarily! Or we wouldn't have the Bible. All of the New Testament and big chunk of the Old Testament were written, while Israel was in bondage, particularly by the Babylonians, the Medes/Persians, and the Romans.
