you got me all wrong bro.. Ive been in the gym for years. And after some deliberation I have decided to start my first cycle and work on getting leaner. I am not a perma bulker or a fat ass. I carry a large ammount of muscle and I am tired of not seeing the fruits of my labour. As I get older I can only imagine its gonna get harder to lean out. SO I have been eating clean and doing cardio 7 days a week, Im not gimmick Im not here to waste anyone's time.
I believe you! Sound like a honest to goodness, grade A, hangin 'n bangin, true blue, thick as a brick, all-American gym warrior to me!
My only request.....post up a pic big stud!! Gives us somethin to look forward to!

Me, I'm only in the gym 5 days a week....Mon-Thurs I get up at 4AM for cardio and weights before work. Friday I hit the gym at 3:30PM after work for cardio and weights. Saturdays it depends if I go and Sundays is no go as it's church and family day.
I need to be hittin the cardio before and after work....."I have a bit of a weight problem."

I have a thread out on dieting that outlines every aspect of losing fat in a very simple manner, in fact I get PM's everyday telling me how much fat people have lost since they have followed the thread, no BS ;)

I'm 52 years young, 5ft 6in, 17st + with abs.
Have competed & won national titles in Bodybuilding & powerlifting.
Training hard and training others to compete.
Looking to compete again at the nationals & go to the universe.

i train about 5 days a week......here is my current split:
chest/calves mon
back tues
off wed
arms/calves thurs
quads/hams fri
delts sat
off sun
reps are typically 8-10
9-10 sets for chest, back, legs, etc
7-8 sets for arms, calves, etc

I work out in some form Mon-Sat. Wrestling, Weights, BJJ, Judo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Cardio, Walk, etc

I'm very serious, I use electro stim and and shaker weights! Sleep with the electro stim ,and use the shaker weights while on GetBig and watching TV!

I do light yoga and meditation at least once every other week. Sometimes when feeling amped I might do bw squats and some jumping jacks infront of the tellie.
