breakfast some chopped tomato drank no salt 40 calories
half banana 40 calories
during the day more chopped tomato drank 40-80
half hershey bar 150 calories?
after work huge can of green beans with onion fried in olive oil maybe 200 calories
handfull blueberries 40 calories
the other half of that banana 40 calories
oatmeal with rice before bed 300 calories
so about 1000 calories today
i felt pretty good. i noticed a zit pop up at 9 oclock i new this was from not eating enough so thats why i added in the rice and oatmeal always clears my skin
that chopped tomato drank is key though in dieting wonder how long will this take to get me back in shape

It's all calories man less you take in below maintenance = loss if more over maintenance = gain fat. I understand you have lost some weight just numbers it is. Not sure on lycopene being a appetite supressant but a good source of Vit-C to keep your immune system in order. Keep dropping the cals mow some yards etc you are on the path.

For me, clean skin is a good indicator that I am working out just the right amount and not anymore. If I push myself toward stress zone and cause enough wear/tear from the workout then my bodies test and gh resources are not enough to deal with it in one day. That's when I start noticing pimples, ie whenever I workout way too much.

sounds good, but 1000 calories seems like it would be hard to keep up for more than a few days.
I would add some servings of chick peas and great white beans for minerals, protein and fibers. it's a bit of a pain to plan and prepare the right way but it's worth it imo.

I don't get how people have time to measure all the calories in all their foods. It would be easy if you only ate bars and cheeseburgers but I eat different everyday.

takes about 5 minutes at the end of the day to do so. Keep a digital foodscale in the kitchen for increased accuracy. Its not bad

good job falcon. i lost almost 60 lbs by limiting my intake to something like 2500 calories, so you might not have to do anything as drastic as 1000. then again, who knows!

just finished day 2 of dieting probably had 1500 calories today had a monster craving for some peanuts midway through the day i could tell energy was a little down but after that felt great, had a beer tonite because i didnt wanto indulge in sweets it definitly gave me the full filling i needed ill probably do that shake recipe you sent after my little workout tonite but about 1/2 the size
that beer really helps out later at night when you get kinda drowsy being a vegetarian. during the day im never drowsy i simply need my stomach to be full i do need half a hershey bar but its mainly tomato sauce during the day

but im going to diet anyways because its not that difficult with tomato sauce and being quit smoking weed you dont have stupid munchies, however when i smoked weed i was doing very hardcore prolonged workouts of peace because weed can make your mind feel like its the terminator just repping away at shit and thinking its awesome

i weigh 78 kg, used to be 88 kg before dieting, well for me its esy i dont care about muscle anymore, i dont train, im not concerned about protein, i eat all sorts of food from mcdonalds to red kidney beans. i do eat between 700 cals up to 1100 cals some days.

lol youre probably eating the wrong shit. tomato kills the appetite and a little bit of chocolate im on my feet all day and might go from fat ass to ripped because its not that hard to do been there before, it does get old staying ripped and not eating a box of doughnuts and a whole pizza every other day

but if I eat some bulgur or cous cous, means I have to weigh those things individually? or in a sallad with 13 ingredients you buy in a mall. or do you just go by guesstimates of different plates?

ive been dieting 3 weeks now, the first week id go 4 days than fuck up alittle, the second week id go 5 days n fuck up a little, this 3rd week i went 6 days than fucked up alittle, hopefully my 4th week there will be no fuck ups. reason i think i messed up alittle is cause i went from eating about 4000 calories a day to about 1200 cal a day, i think it was to hard of a cut back. when i say fucked up it wasnt like i went to a all u can eat buffet n plowed down, it was more like id have a spoon or 2 of smuckers all natural peanut butter on some wheat bread, the reason i consider it a fuck up is because i elimaneted all breads,dairy,simple carbs,pastas from my diet n basiclly live on green beans, broccolli,cauliflower, tuna in water, sometimes i use the tuna in oil on real low carb days, turkey breast, salmon, n chicken. to be honest this diet aint no joke but im hanging in there so far, once i get lean again i always eat alittle more n stay really lean, the hard part is getting there though

Tried "Fitday" even though it costs money. It is still very hard to determine how much of each ingredient you have eaten in a salad for example where it's all mashed together.
It's also very american so hard to find stuff outside your native language that aren't common in the US.
I added together the best I could the little I have eaten today and I'm already up in 2300 calories only after a small breakfast and lunch(!). Can this be accurate? lol

Yes i count them, i just switched from artificial sweetener (aspartame) to sugar, aspartame is pure poison.
