ive been dieting 3 weeks now, the first week id go 4 days than fuck up alittle, the second week id go 5 days n fuck up a little, this 3rd week i went 6 days than fucked up alittle, hopefully my 4th week there will be no fuck ups. reason i think i messed up alittle is cause i went from eating about 4000 calories a day to about 1200 cal a day, i think it was to hard of a cut back. when i say fucked up it wasnt like i went to a all u can eat buffet n plowed down, it was more like id have a spoon or 2 of smuckers all natural peanut butter on some wheat bread, the reason i consider it a fuck up is because i elimaneted all breads,dairy,simple carbs,pastas from my diet n basiclly live on green beans, broccolli,cauliflower, tuna in water, sometimes i use the tuna in oil on real low carb days, turkey breast, salmon, n chicken. to be honest this diet aint no joke but im hanging in there so far, once i get lean again i always eat alittle more n stay really lean, the hard part is getting there though
