I don't get how people have time to measure all the calories in all their foods. It would be easy if you only ate bars and cheeseburgers but I eat different everyday.Anyway, interesting with the diet plan.Half a Hersheys is 135 I think.
good job falcon. i lost almost 60 lbs by limiting my intake to something like 2500 calories, so you might not have to do anything as drastic as 1000. then again, who knows!
just finished day 2 of dieting probably had 1500 calories today had a monster craving for some peanuts midway through the day i could tell energy was a little down but after that felt great, had a beer tonite because i didnt wanto indulge in sweets it definitly gave me the full filling i needed ill probably do that shake recipe you sent after my little workout tonite but about 1/2 the sizethat beer really helps out later at night when you get kinda drowsy being a vegetarian. during the day im never drowsy i simply need my stomach to be full i do need half a hershey bar but its mainly tomato sauce during the day
Good decision falcone, very good, im dieting myself at 700 cals, face is starting to show leans, i notice my jaw is hard when i shave, chicks like that, u will look younger at low bf, the trick for me is the red kidney beans, good food.

i weigh 78 kg, used to be 88 kg before dieting, well for me its esy i dont care about muscle anymore, i dont train, im not concerned about protein, i eat all sorts of food from mcdonalds to red kidney beans. i do eat between 700 cals up to 1100 cals some days.
