Look I have no idea if Mike is 100% natural, bu I have met him in person and seen his body over the years. I honestly believe that the guy is the product of hard training, good diet and GREAT genetics.
As for looking "gay" well, every woman I have ever spoken to about bodybuilders is 100% positive on Mike O'hearn being very attractive to them. My wife felt he was really hot.

Heres my take - Mike and I are currently training together at Golds Venice (except shoulders/chest..I'm getting surgery this thursday)...easily overall the strongest guy I've ever trained with...and always in good shape. EVERY workout we go up to 600+ lb deadlifts. 600+ squats, and bench presses to 500lbs. with corresponding heavy weights on all other exercises...no weight belt, no wrist straps, no knee wraps, no gloves, all full movements. In the past, I've used steroids, so that is the perspective I'm coming from....having said that, I believe Mike is natural, and never have seen anything to make me think to the contrary. Despite his pretty boy looks when hes in shape, by the way, hes as hardcore and as dedicated as it comes.I remember the pics of him sumo dl'ing around 700 and he used a suit and a belt. You go beltless on deads now? BTW, I also remember pics of you lifting heavy in Steve Neece's column in MMI. Cool stuff.

Please tell me you guys don't think 600 is hard for a guy his size. I know guys who weigh over 300 and under 200 who squat 600. 600 is not allot of weight for someone who lifts allot like Mike does. The roids help but 600 is reachable by plenty natural guys.

Jesus, my dad could squat and deadlift 500-600 lb without drugs over 30 years ago, and he couldn't even qualify for a national contest. The top lifters in the 242 class are squatting and pulling 800+ nowadays.

What I referred to was a raw lift. If you're under 200 lbs and squat 600 lbs, the equipment will add around 100-180 lbs in the IPF, depending on the individual, making it a squat up in the middle-high 700's. That will put the lifter up among the top squatters in the world in the 198 lbs class. Not number one, but definitely as one of the top ranked lifters.
The guy who is in the 242 class and lifting at my club is not world class, but very good. Squatting a raw double with 600 lbs, weighing 227lbs.. That's very impressive IMO.

That's extremely impressive.he did it at the APF Nats. in 95, also pulled 699.
The best squats in the 165 lbs division at the world championships in the mid 90's were around 630-680lbs.

I competed against Mike in 98" at the PS classic and trust me, there was nothing natural about him. He weighed in at 260 shredded.. Looked nothing like he does in the mags..
BTW, I wouldn't have a problem competing against real drug bodybuilders in a non-tested show. I don't think it would be fair for me to compete in a natural show since I have used pretty high dosages in the past. That would be totally unfair to the guys who have been natural all of their lives.
