i was a big fan of gasparis spirodex because it woke me up and didn't cause all the nervousness of other fat burners, and not to mention it gave me a better sense of well being. kinda like a happy pill ;D anyways its no longer made so does anyone know if any decent shit out there that not illegal lol

what do you think of cardio? I eat a bit more than maintainece, about 500 calls over... but burn 1000 cals a day , you think this is as effective as just eating less? I feel 'healthier' because I get my heart up so much, but maybe its not ideal

i am on the side of eating slightly more and doing cardio rather then no cardio and eating less. it works for me. everyone has to experiment and see what works best for them.

but id never sit on a stationary gym.
id rather just eat less, its my preference, but both approaches gonna work.but if you east more you HAVE to do the cardio.
if you starve, you dont have to do shit ;D
my "cardio" is going to the city for a long walk with friends, or even going out for some clubbing, thats even more intense than what most do on a treatmil in gyms :D
but yeah, im rather pro starving, see bouncer is pro cardio, both are very lean.

yes the cattle(female swines and male oxes) out there is incredibly naive and desperate, always ready to hear about the next easy fad to lose some weight.and it never works.
the term yoyo effect really says it all, they want easy solution, get back to old habbits and then wonder why yoyo effect happens ::)
Yes, "diet" to such folks = something you do for 4-8 weeks that fixes everything permanently then you go back to your usual disgusting lifestyle and end up looking like a Greek statue, haha.

Probably ok if you are talking cheat meals rather than a cheat day, I just found it easier myself just have a day of eating thing I wanted then next day get back on the calorie counter it simplifies things.
