im sick and bored of the fatsos who have behaved like swine for years during their "meals" and now seek an easy solution out of the mess, by some nonexistent magic pill.
yes the cattle(female swines and male oxes) out there is incredibly naive and desperate, always ready to hear about the next easy fad to lose some weight.and it never works.the term yoyo effect really says it all, they want easy solution, get back to old habbits and then wonder why yoyo effect happens
i cheat one day a week n the other 6 days r perfect, then when im lean i can eat more n still stay lean. been using this system for 20 years now n it works great

Yes 6 days eating good foods keeping your calorie intake to where you need to be, then 7th day eat what you want.
but i don't need to cheat the whole day, just one cheat meal is enough for meso could i have a cheat meal twice a week instead of 1 whole cheat day?
