delts are vascular/carved up your best bodypart,bi's lean improved,,,chest needs more size/thickness and i have said ad nauseum more movements to improve even if its dips and some flyes but heavy for a bit to spread them out or your going to be all delts,traps too more,if filling out your favorite tshirts and be athletic trim build then u did it ,,,but other aspirations or grandeur on a physique standpoint will need more calories,a tad more bodyfat,heavier weights ,more movements excercises,,,

delts are vascular/carved up your best bodypart,bi's lean improved,,,chest needs more size/thickness and i have said ad nauseum more movements to improve even if its dips and some flyes but heavy for a bit to spread them out or your going to be all delts,traps too more,if filling out your favorite tshirts and be athletic trim build then u did it ,,,but other aspirations or grandeur on a physique standpoint will need more calories,a tad more bodyfat,heavier weights ,more movements excercises,,,

and speaking of chest, i'm gonna get back into training the bench so that should bring up the pecs

Seriously though, just about everyone has tried to give him diet and training advise but he just won't have it. He's a bright dude but its time for him to do a complete 180 and try other diet and training methods.

Remember you had a plan on bumping up the protein a bit more....that seemed like a good plan. The training too...give what jerseyflex is recommending a shot. I know you mentioned trying a higher volume back when you were natty. Won't hurt to give it another go now imo.

he will do good, just needs to up the protein for a couple months non stop, this is really the only thing he didnt do too well.

AS IT HAS IN PAST FEW MONTHS DUE TO THE BEFORE CONDITION PIC POSTED ABOVE HERE HE HAD NO MUSCLE ,,HE HAS STATED IN NUMEROUS POSTS SUPER DRY CONDITION IS TEMPORARY AND TOUGH TO KEEP AND HE'S LOOKING FOR LOW BODYFAT BUT SOMETING EASY TO MAINTAIN,HE'S CLOSE TO A CONDITION THATS HARD TO MAINTAIN ANY INCREASE OF CALORIES OR CHEATS WILL TAKE THIS LOOK OUT ,I WOULD GO FOR A FEW PCT%BODY FAT UP FROM HERE AND GROW AGAIN IF I WAS HIM.

It's very simple.

I did the same thing a year and a half ago.  got in great shape and leaned out (albiet at 225 lbs. ;)). I posted a few pics, people said nice things, and that was pretty much that.  I don't give "preview" pics....and post a new set of pics every month expecting the same round of applause over and over agajn

Groink was too arrogant and he should have known better on a few occasions. He always thought 95% of the board were full of shit, I know instances where he was so full of it he needed an enema. He used to proudly boast that he wasn't afraid to have his personal life on here and we all saw how good that turned out.

Groink was too arrogant and he should have known better on a few occasions. He always thought 95% of the board were full of shit, I know instances where he was so full of it he needed an enema. He used to proudly boast that he wasn't afraid to have his personal life on here and we all saw how good that turned out.

so let me see if I understand. he used to look like that. now he looks like a anorexic. he either has a disorder- either mentally or physically, and if that's the case I apologise for making fun of him, or he's ill and busting his ass to try to retain something and if that's the case I apologise.

either way I can't mock him anymore as he's def got some issues apart from his massive insecurity and need for validation and attention.

he stopped training I think and took him long time to get back as he explained I think,theres another shot I think few yrs from that one later a bit between his current form and that'good 'pic above u see,that is his best form .he's trying.

i could take the time to tell him EXACTLY what hes doing wrong (because i know) but a guy like him you just can't help. i could sit here, explain it to him, lay it all out, and hed be back here in 3 more weeks looking for the next magic routine, magic rep scheme, magic key to growth.

but yeah the solution here is really really simple.


can't help guys like this bro. there are reasons why you can't but they are his demons to battle and are secondary to the fact that he just cannot be helped. I feel badly for him cause there's nothing wrong with him physically- his problems are upstairs and I'm neither qualified nor able to try to sort them. and neither is he.
