delts are vascular/carved up your best bodypart,bi's lean improved,,,chest needs more size/thickness and i have said ad nauseum more movements to improve even if its dips and some flyes but heavy for a bit to spread them out or your going to be all delts,traps too more,if filling out your favorite tshirts and be athletic trim build then u did it ,,,but other aspirations or grandeur on a physique standpoint will need more calories,a tad more bodyfat,heavier weights ,more movements excercises,,,
