delts are vascular/carved up your best bodypart,bi's lean improved,,,chest needs more size/thickness and i have said ad nauseum more movements to improve even if its dips and some flyes but heavy for a bit to spread them out or your going to be all delts,traps too more,if filling out your favorite tshirts and be athletic trim build then u did it ,,,but other aspirations or grandeur on a physique standpoint will need more calories,a tad more bodyfat,heavier weights ,more movements excercises,,,

and speaking of chest, i'm gonna get back into training the bench so that should bring up the pecs

so in your opinion would it be better to do regular benches and then db incline presses or flyes or maybe pec-deck?

i think that 2 exercises is enough, but i suppose that i could do 3 or even 4

Seriously though, just about everyone has tried to give him diet and training advise but he just won't have it. He's a bright dude but its time for him to do a complete 180 and try other diet and training methods.

Yeah I was shocked lol

Remember you had a plan on bumping up the protein a bit more....that seemed like a good plan. The training too...give what jerseyflex is recommending a shot. I know you mentioned trying a higher volume back when you were natty. Won't hurt to give it another go now imo.

speaking of that i read a study that found out that 8 sets til failure worked better than 1 set til failure and 4 sets til failure for each bodypart

at this point no they won't ,,you have capped delts and no/low traps a bit of a raise to them will give your neck/shoulder a stronger look,and in a shirt pulled up more ,delts go wide ,traps go up,chest fullness goes out ,v neck look to atttt,,,

don't pattern it,mold it to your body,,,nothing is set in stone or will work for ur body just because u read it,,

well i suppose that i could do some upright rows, but of course i'd end up doing them with a wide grip in only to hit the side delts better lol

shit man, i don't know about the traps but i'm gonna focus in on the pecs now 8)
