PB is $4.20/jar on commissary. ;) offset the cost by storing out 34 boxes of Little Debbies a week and collecting $17 in 'juice'.

one jar = 3,500 kcals. Poor mans weight-gainer.
2 jars = avg extra 1,000 kcal/day, 4 jars/wk = extra 2,000 kcal/day. add in 2 gal milk/day you've got 4k kcals/day.
not the best way, but if you're on a budget, it doesn't get much cheaper. you'll get fat though, and gotta realize you're gonna need some t3/clen. lol

i looked up the symptoms is says pain in the upper gut just below chest. that almost sounds like cramps i used to get sometimes while running long distances in my ribs

pain has increased in back today because yesterday i felt really good and light so i did a great pushup workout but today lower back seems to be paying the price even though i was using good form and ive been dieting well, dieting progress has come to a hault i seem to be stuck at 287-290 this is day 12 of dieting started at 305
im considering downing something crazy like 1 or 2 jars in one day just to see if it might make my back feel better?

5 tablespoons about 500 calories not too much for you mowing and painting. You dropped about 20 so good. I don't think diet is going take care of the low back issue keep those twists going thats probably a good start on freeing the vertebrae up.

I don't have any studies Mr. Falcon, but I think if you pop in maybe a tablespoon a day you should be in a good place.
It gets you good fats, some additional protein and some carbs to boot... Plus, you get to use it to help curb cravings.
I could see maybe a couple a day if you have a fast metabolism and are working out hard.
If you just want some of the taste and good things without a lot of the fat, you should try the PB2.
Powdered PB that is easy to drop into shakes and if you mix it with some water, turns back to a regular PB cream. I use it regularly.

Just suggesting what you asked. So you are just taking in 1200 cals a day I did not know that. At your size you will lose at 2000. The twisting will eventually free it up just keep doing them.

Good heart function below 75. Try around 2500 at your size you will still lose fat, drop to fast the body goes into fasting mode.

Man at your weight you could take in at least 3000 and still lose, don't drop too fast risk muscle loss.

the optimal amount is probably restricted to 4 tbsp a day
with an upper limit of half a jar per day, because it's not the easiest thing for digestion in large amounts.
