I don't have any studies Mr. Falcon, but I think if you pop in maybe a tablespoon a day you should be in a good place.
It gets you good fats, some additional protein and some carbs to boot... Plus, you get to use it to help curb cravings.
I could see maybe a couple a day if you have a fast metabolism and are working out hard.
If you just want some of the taste and good things without a lot of the fat, you should try the PB2.
Powdered PB that is easy to drop into shakes and if you mix it with some water, turns back to a regular PB cream. I use it regularly.
