Weight is not important, it's the form that matters.
-
If he were anything, after his set he should have spotted that chick doing squats. I'm sure she could have used the motivation.

Weight is not important, it's the form dose that matters.

I'm still impressed because I didn't think pro bodybuilders did any serious exercises.

Why is he sweating so bad, and why does his neck and face get so flexed with so little weight though? I don't think he should show so much strain Deadlifting less than his body weight.
:o

I get that, I understand.
I realize the goal is to build muscle mass, not strength. I'm just wondering why a guy with so much muscle mass is so weak?
I'm natural, and I don't consider myself too strong. I would do that exact same, slow controlled movement at about 275 to 315 though, and I wouldn't show so much strain.

Settle down bro. Why do you get so worked up whenever anyone criticizes a pro bodybuilder? Are you a schmoe?
-
That's not deadlifting.
-
2 guys with missing muscle meat everywhere on their bodies

Not to be a stalking girl but Jay is really strong, I assume you are trolling but the dude was doing 4 plate bent over rows after twenty sets of back in one video. That is strength and muscular endurance.

I didn't see that video, however I did see this video of him struggling with the amount of weight that fat crossfit girls at my gym routinely lift.
-
Jay looking like he's working his ass off. But will it be enough? Two years of partial training - we saw him small in pics a lot of those months for a long time - hitting biceps with something to make them puffy (probably concentration curl dropsets) and the rest of him small.
Trying to match 'previously held levels' might work. To say it might not, makes one a hater.

Ya I think weight matters at his level, no excuse.
-
Training hard or hardly training?

Tough broad. She ever let you drive her Harley?

With my busted leg, she's letting me drive her truck, though.
-
Let me tell you, if I was filming for MD I would record the last set of the last exercise he did. That's always what the fans want to see.
-
Everybody want to be a bodybuilder, but nobody want to lift no heavy-ass weighs.
-
Deadlifts? ::)
Looks like ham training to me.
-
This is not a deadlift.
-
Maybe I didn't see the same video you all did.
The: one I watched had Jay doing stiff legged dead for his hams, and he wasn't struggling in the slightest

yep a lot of haters don't realize that what average guys need synthol to accomplish genetically gifted pros can do with weider principles and proper nutrient timing. Destroy the muscle and shuttle aminos in there ASAP

Jay knows this. The haters do not. Anyone picking Phil to win this show is being a disrespectful dickhead. I think we all know that.

people get awful courageous behind a key board. Jay is a class act guys but you better think twice before approaching him in person with that BS. You might learn really quick what it means to have the world's most muscular man angry at you.

What he lifts matters not a jot, its what he looks like onstage that counts.
