roger.......you don't seem to get it bro.......time under tension.......he feels the weight.......also....you are judging a very short clip......he may have already performed 3-4 exercises......some of you fellas are really clueless!

I realize the goal is to build muscle mass, not strength. I'm just wondering why a guy with so much muscle mass is so weak?
I'm natural, and I don't consider myself too strong. I would do that exact same, slow controlled movement at about 275 to 315 though, and I wouldn't show so much strain.
