Fuckin CT Fletcher has everyone is getting their cousin "RayRay", or random video editing savvy twenty-something year olds recording people like MTV's true life is back on air.
I enjoy listening to Kai because he is genuinely profound...I enjoy listening to CT because he will motivate the most obese dude off the couch and walk around the block at least once...the majority of others come off as forced/make-believe bs.

Mitsuru Okabe is still trying to recover from the $60 DVD downfall/youtube takeover...kneepads and all :D

That is a cool pic, Ronnie killing him, but Kevin is still young enough to put together a decent run.
-
Ronnie does have a big ass gut in that pic though.
-
He's 137 years old. There's no comeback
-
Is his hoody inside out???
-
What's up with the inside out hoodie?
He's a "trend setter". It's his profession.

It's Genova and not Fletcher doing it.

Kevin Levrone RETURNS
Kevin Levrone is returning to competitive bodybuilding. We heard the rumors back in December - rumors that Levrone had requested an invite to the Arnold Classic - but we didn’t believe them. Now, we’re hearing them again.
This time, from the man himself. Appearing on Pro Bodybuilding Weekly on Monday, Levrone announced his return to the sport. Sort of. We think.
“It’s definitely in my plans to return to bodybuilding and win a Sandow,” Levrone said on the show. “Just like it was in my plans to turn pro. My ultimate goal is to win a Mr. Olympia and that’s what I plan to do. But I got to get started on it very soon, because the clock’s ticking.”
How long would it take to get back into contest shape? “Eighteen weeks,” Levrone said.
When pressed by hosts Dan Solomon and Bob Chicherillo, on whether or not he could be ready for this year’s Olympia, Levrone answered, “Definitely. I never trained all year round for a Mr. Olympia or any of my competitions after I tore my chest. And I do think I could be ready for the Mr. Olymipa 18 to 20 weeks from now and walk on stage probably around 245 pounds, the same way I left the stage in [2003].”

Get the jack Daniels and toy soldiers out, because it's time to rock!
-
Blah, blah, blah... which show Kev?
-
Ain't gonna happen.
-
Get the jack Daniels and toy soldiers out, because it's time to rock!
;D
-
well done kevin, excellent!!!
-
Wishful thinking...
It is good to have dreams and aspirations....
But delusions of grandeur? Not so much ~
-
Get the jack Daniels and toy soldiers out, because it's time to rock!
The inside out hoodie means his drinking heavily and training while drunk
-
He could do it, Kevin blows up when he's on. Plus, the muscle memory's all there so he's got that going for him.

Yes, but he didn't look too good at the 2003 Mr. Olympia.
-
He needs to show up this round with his legs matching his upper body

Get the jack Daniels and toy soldiers out, because it's time to rock!
Is he going to make those two couples cook his meals?
-
A prime Kevin could spank Heath all over the stage.
-
A prime Kevin could spank Heath all over the stage.
Easily. Heath is a child compared to Levrone.
If he busted out the army fatiques and enough drugs and Jack Daniel's he could easily win the O. Nothing but a bunch of blow up dolls on stage now.
-
You have to know when to fold them.
-
Is he going to make those two couples cook his meals?
LOL
I remember that from some video
weren't they his partners in some gym who he fucked over eventually?
I also recall him looking high as a kite and "cleaning" his kitchen floor with a toothbrush or something
-

Yep :D
That vid had a very weird vibe "aura" to it
Kevin is a very strange individual...
-
He is doing this BS to get attention for his company GEAR ;D
-
big fan of kevin....but dont see it happening. has said it before last few yrs and nothing. plus he's almost 50. the masters? thats a different story...would love to see him do it one last time...plus the money aint too bad!
-
If there is one pro ever that could make a successful comeback at a top level it is Kevin. I have seen him do some incredible transformations and his body is rested and fresh.
In 2006 I had Benfatto and Taylor do comebacks at nearly 50. Taylor was top 3 and looked crazy. Benfatto was 17kg heavier than his last outing in 1990. Best he ever looked!
If Kevin decided to bring it he would achieve something incredible. I would love to have him onstage at my Australian Pro March 8th 2014.
-
Kevin's wheels and back couldn't compete at the top level these days at his age...
-

X2..................
-
You have to know when to fold them.
Tell that to this guy. Second place at 54 is not bad at all, not bad at all.
-
;D
Do you think rumours about him abusing jack daniels during diet are true or is it just BS?
If it's gonna happen then well, he's couple of years late. 2008 ownwards would be easy wins. Now if Ramy is the bodybuilder we all expect and wish him to be then I don't think he can win anymore.
-
Get the jack Daniels and toy soldiers out, because it's time to rock!
Killer stuff bro, but he has been cleaned up to a degree for awhile and skinny. He will explode, he isn't all that old. Is he gonna beat Heath, no. But I bet he really does it. The guy isn't the most sane person around, but he has incredible tolerance for whatever drugs and booze. He will look good again without a doubt.
-
he put his hoodie on insideout

kevin "returns" every year ::)

fuck off
I'll believe when I see it, Kevin has been bullshiting his way to many endorsment contracts in the last few years with shits like that
-
acting failed. music career failed. sup business is a small overcrowded market hard to make it.
guess he figures bodybilding is the only way for him to make money.
-
(http://images.t-nation.com/forum_images/6/4/644d1-KevinLevroneRonnieColeman.jpg)
Kevin getting dwarfed.
-
....he's pretty much Bo Jackson talent wise, when it comes to putting on muscle. And could of been the fastest guy in the nfl had he put his mind to it. Do I think it's going to happen? no. Anyone else I would say absolutely no way.....but with the true freaks you just never know. this guy is one of those freaks who comes along one in a million, and not just bodybuilding.
-
::)
They're too fucking old now to cook his meals.
-
::) He's a fucking weirdo
-
Him and Lee Priest are tied for the most comebacks ever. :o

fuck off

Mr Olympia 2014. No doubt ::)

Kevin's wheels and back couldn't compete at the top level these days at his age...
x2

::)
They're too fucking old now to cook his meals.
Must be nice... :-\
-
I like how the old couple is basically calling Levrone a dead beat.
Coleman was a full time cop, but you can't pick up some training on the side?
I guess when you have a couple to slave for you, why bother.
5 hours of cooking and buy the food...haha, idiots. I wouldn't be surprised if Levrone did screw them over somehow...some people put themselves out there too much and for what, a guy who lifts and ingests drugs?
-
bet that couple was cuckholding him
-
bet that couple was cuckholding him
Flotsam.
-
::) He's a sickening fucktard .
-
"BIG COCK SHOW @ 1:21"
;D
-
Why would you return Kev, what happened to your acting career?
his Premiere sank at the box office and he never recovered......thank God he has Bodybuilding to fall back on... ;)
-
He is with Shawn Ray GEAR supplement company, there is no comeback just last try to squeeze few bucks. Maybe I am wrong and he going to do comeback for 2014 Arnold Classic + bring up that GEAR company. When he looks like he is ON juice, then he is coming back.

A joke he won't come back just as Lee Priest = over.

What's the story on that video? Was Kevin related to them or are they schmoes of some sort? You could tell that they were full of resentment talking about Kevin's lifestyle...

Did shawn get investors, or is this another Alpha Helix deal?

someone posted they were co-owners in a gym with him.

Ronnie is far better than Kevin in this photo. What makes Kevin think he can compete, when Jay and company eventually got to the similar size as Ronnie towards the end of his career?
-
I hopevin coming back is true.
-

He won't be back just like Lee Priest it's over all he does now is post videos in the night at Wal-Mart.
-
That is a cool pic, Ronnie killing him, but Kevin is still young enough to put together a decent run.
No hate on Kevin, but Ronnie is 2x his size in this pic.

Kevin's back was weak even in his prime.

I like Kevin but as much as a "freak" he's touted as flex and Ronnie were much better
-

The "freak" aspect of Kevin wasn't his sheer size, but his strength and how quickly he regained his musculature after spending half the year at a soft 210.
He pioneered growing into the show
-
his "growing" into the show also meant no improvements
-
his "growing" into the show also meant no improvements
Probably.... he'll probably live the longest out of any of the pros from that era.
Kevin is unique bc you could tell he never wrapped his identity up w his physique like just about every other pro. Bodybuilding was just something he excelled at and paid the bills for him.

Why 90 % of bodybuilders have to present themselves like hardcore rappers ?
WoooShhhhhhhhh
-
Why 90 % of bodybuilders have to present themselves like hardcore rappers ?
WoooShhhhhhhhh
Probably due to the fact that normal training (without an entertaining flair, a la, hardcore) would be very... REPetitive.
;)
-
Can he come back..? yes. Will he come back? no. Why is he doing this? For the same reasons he's done it half a dozen times in the last 5 years...to advertise/promote his product lines.
-
Here are some pics from a couple years ago after he started working out again for a few months.
-
Let's just see how this plays out .. Not fair to dismiss this so easily .
-
Did shawn get investors, or is this another Alpha Helix deal?
someone posted they were co-owners in a gym with him.
Yes, they or the woman was co-owner of the gym. Don't know what happened after that.
But, it was explained in the vid about their relationship. Basically they were like "foster parents" to him, and his "prep team".
-
Cswol would wax him onstage if he came back.
-
Here are some pics from a couple years ago after he started working out again for a few months.
Didn't Kevin say he was all natural in the first phase of his comeback?
-
He should have named the vid "Toy Soldiers" or "Toy Soldier featuring JD:The Return"
-
Who is going to post the Levrone and Jack Daniels stories here?
-
If anyone could make a comeback as a Master competitor, it would have to be Lee Labrada.
He is much larger and WAAAAAAY more ripped and shredded than he was in his most competitive years.
Too bad he didn't have then what he has NOW!
Lee Priest? Not so much.... ::) ;D

larger not quite, vascular and shredded sinewy leaner possibly yes,he competed around 190 or so peak yrs 91-94 ,tailing off a bit smaller 95 before ending his run.in 80's he was 175/180 and still looked large esp arms for his height/structure.i agree he looks great and could look as good onstage as he was or close.

If anyone can return at over 40 and win it, Kev can - Has incredible genetics. If he can achieve 80% of his best, he'd do it in the current line up. Don't forget the competitive "sport" is going backwards now.

Does anyone call it a sport except for competitors and bob and dan???

Can someone please post the toy soldiers and jd stories.
-
Father time will not be kind even to Kevin Levrone. IF he decides to give it a go he will be a very far cry from his 2003 poor outing. Some people watch his 2003 video and dream. I say "dream on".
-
You guys do not understand what you are dealing with here. Dude is from another planet.
In 2002 I had Kevin at Australian Pro in March. He just placed 4th in a very ordinary lineup. Kevin was soft, small and out of shape. I was rapt to have him in the show and so were the fans but seriously he was nowhere near his best, even for guest posing he would have be under par.
So he goes home, has another 2 months off training, dieting and everything bodybuilding. In late May starts getting ready for the Olympia and in 4 months gets into maybe the best shape of his career. Places 2nd to Coleman and looks as big as he has ever been.
Just think about this for a minute. Who else at that level, at one of the toughest eras of bodybuilding could do this. No one that I can think of could even come close. Guys were spending the whole 12 months prepping for this and only Coleman could beat Kevin that year.
If he has a reason to compete, he will. It is not about money for Kevin, he lives very well. Trust me, he is set up better than most will ever be. For him it is about the challenge, the journey and the fans. Should he decide to commit to a show in 2014, then he will do it and he will nail it.
Mark my words, if anyone in this industry could ever pull this off, it is Levrone. He is that one in a million freak. I have seen him do it before. We would love to have him in my show and have had several discussions. With enough interest, he will do it.
I have had some great conversations with Kevin over the last 20 years and plenty of drinks and I can tell you all he just beats to his own drum, always has and always will.
-
Tell us some stories Tony. I am tired of his boring stupid videos. I am sure you got more interesting stuff..

Tony, any more good stories from Kevin ?

I can tell one story about an Arnold Classic in about '94 or maybe '96. I was there with to support Sonny and I was exhausted after a long trip. Melbourne - LA - Chicago - Columbus, with delays all the way. I had frozen my arse off in the days before the show. Running around getting food, tan, oil and whatever Sonny had needed or forgotten to pack.
We get to the prejudging and as always it was a great contest at the Veterans, there was always something about the Arnold Classic atmosphere, whether it was the lighting, the distance, the crowd, I'm not sure. There was just something about that show.
Kevin had been in the top call-outs in the prejudging but was a bit off and knew that he was in for a fight to try to get back in a position to actually win the show. He was a touch smooth and lacked that separation and condition that was his trademark.
At the end of the prejudging everyone headed back to the host hotel to get ready for the finals later that night. Now this was before the rise of the guru, so it was up to each competitor to make the necessary adjustments to food, water and tan themselves.
While everyone else ran around looking for clean carbs or junk loading on burgers and candy, dropping more water or try to find a sauna to dry out more, Kevin headed for the bar. I got there at the same time, thinking I would try to have a couple of quiet ones before the finals.
I sat with Kevin and we went at it, drinking shots of heavy spirits, I think Jack at first then Vodka. We knocked them back until it was time to head to the finals. We talked about all sorts of stuff, life, family, business and cars. I was half cut and starting to slur the words a bit. Kevin was OK but definitely a bit glazed and quite chirpy. He lifted up his shirt before we left and said, I think that is what we needed. He looked like a different person.
Well Levrone, walks on stage that night about 20% better than the prejudging. His skin looked like paper, separation was back, muscles popping and dry as a chip. He won the show easily and we had a laugh about it later.
So much for the gurus!

we are not saying that he CAN'T do it.
we are saying that he won't, cause the dude has been making bullshit comeback claims for the last 5-6 years everytime he has something new to sell
-

You forgot Toney Freeman. He was still trying to get his Pro card back in the mid 90s. I remember a Flex mag pic with him and Anne-Marie Crooks.

Cormier should have beaten no legs and back Kevin in 2002
Yes he is a "freak" when it comes to growing into a show but that's over 10 years ago sure everyone responds different but kev is close to 50 and realistically can he place top 5???

Haha! That's awesome. 8)

His back looks awesome when he turns around.
That's because he had wide & thick delts and a tight waist, his lats were a bit behind in their development. He was able to improve them over the years.

Homo camera angle.

If Levrone gets advice from musclecenter and Galeniko over webcam he will be a top contender for the 2014 Olympia.

I said TOP shape. 2002 was not his top.
and lets face it, midget<taller BB
This "Return" is anyway only return to BBing as "snake oil" salesmam not as competitive bodybuilder. Levrone should make it clear. He needs to pay his bills but why sell soul for it. Be real. Shawn Ray is with Levrone in that GEAR company and we know very good who shawn ray is.
Maybe I am wrong, maybe not.
If he really decides to make a comeback it would be BIG.

C'mon, that midget thing is getting old, and BTW, both are below 6'0 [=safe zone for winning titles]. Both guys are dangerous in top shape.
Kevin is Kevin, a great BBer, but often vague in his messages. It's not the first time that he comes with a 'come back viral'. He's also hopping from project to project. I wonder how succesful their Gear brand will be, but... Shawn is a smart marketing guy, so let's wait and see...

Old couple, prolly foster parents make food for a competetive bodybuilder. Where normal guy sees love and support getbig homos see sex related bullshit.

Normal people don't prepare 6-8 meals every day for some hulking bodybuilder, to whom they bear no relation. Kevin HAS parents, so the foster parents theory is out. Just because YOU salivate at the thought of living with and cooking for your favorite muscled-up hunk, does not make this normal.

Both of Kevin's parent's died of cancer...if you watched M3 or followed his career, you'd know that.
***he is very concerned that what happened to his parents, may happen to him.

Strangers sometimes help each other. He was trying to achieve something and needed help. Maybe they treated him like a son they never had, who knows. You can see in that video that he calls him "mama and papa". I am sorry that nobody helped you in your life so you ended up bitter and miserable but you know, when you're good to people good things happen to you.

parker your good at reading people... I would like to hear you opinion on kevin...what's the deal with him? A kid who never grow up? You can ask 100 guys who know him, they will all say something different. Does anyone truly know the real kevin levrone? ;D

I've never met him, but i have met people who know him and went to the same church as a him and his family. People who met him and trained with him have all said that he is cool people, and that he is kind...
i personally think that the drinking maybe a coping mechanism for the loss of his parents. I don't know, but many of his vids, he seems distant. Like he has other thinks on his mind other than lifting weights.
His songs are very melancholy as well.

Wow you have me figured out completely deceiver :o
Actually you are much more bitter and negative in your postings. I suspect a steady diet of having being bullied in your formative years. Hence why you spend so much time & effort to get strong/muscular as an adult.
How's that for casual psychoanalysis?

Rumour has it that Kevin had more than one "sponsor" over the years. I like him as a bb but that arangement looks exactly like what it is. I love how camera cuts of as he is blabbering about how he has to go and train and focus on blah blah ;D
