Used a massive amount of drugs for most of his life, eaten vast quanitities of food and shitty supplements that are full of crap and additives. Tanning, smoking and walking around at 300+ lbs for the past twenty years....and people sound surprised that he looks older than his years ::)

When Markus was in his late 20's he actually had a very good blend of mass & cuts & shape.
Then, these guys (Ruhl, Flex, ect..) started experimenting with synthol. It made no sense whatsoever.

Typical German features. My land lord here in Germany is 34, and doesn't look a day under 51. No offense to any Germans on the board, but it's just one thing I've picked up on while out here.

i dont know his lifestyle, but yes, he does have that reddened, slightly bloated looks. A nice mix of low volume alcohol, cigs, a little overweight, and happy.
my guess is that now that he's scaled down, we'll see him run a diet and drop 30 pounds of body fat like it's nothing.

looks like blood vessels around his cheeks and nose too.... alcoholics get that. not saying he's an alcoholic, or even if he drinks.. but, his face/skin looks no good.
looks to be holding a ton of water as well. i'd be worried about his kidneys.
I know he's german, and that may be typical... shit, my grandfather was mostly german and he had a similar look (to the skin... not the Rodney Dangerfield face stuff).
if it were me, i'd cut down to 500 test and maybe 4.5 iu gh and that's it... til I dropped into the 230's.
even Nasser didn't look like this in the months/years before he died.

It's called wear and tear...after 20 years of heavy training tricep extension will hurt your joints even with ten pounds dumbells.

That must've probably been one of the last ones during a Failure-set after doing at east four-five other exercises for arms earlier.

Triceps seem to be among the first muscles to go on bodybuilders as they age. Given the HUGE dumbbell he's using there, I can see why. And still he's grimacing like a man giving birth. His joints probably ache from years of abuse via weights and syringes.

by a long shot, just not as popular among american fans as branch because of how he portrayed himself and his image. sad bbing has such little to do with actual bbing as it does.
