this little champion is a vegan. but also seems to be on a small amount of juice because he's strong as hell
however his diet is spot on
no counting calories just eat mainly fresh fruits for carbs
i feel good eating this way it helps you sleep good and take a good nap if your behined on sleep

yep im gonna stick around that ratio and see what happens. i notice my tastebuds are alot more sensitive too.

i did the paleo diet for a while, more like a primal one actually, and it really is dynamite. stick with "whole" foods and it barely fucking matters. plus you feel fantastic. i actually can't eat shitty food more than once a week now. i'm happier making a plate of eggs with a bowl of fruit than a cheeseburger and fries.
