I just saw a photo of BigCyp in another thread and looks fucking awesome, easy one of best physiques on getbig, yet i dont recall ever hearing him brag about his physique even once. Says it all.

I don't even understand why he's on gear, since his goal isn't to get big (to each his own, so he has my respect).

Back in the day it took me 10 weeks to diet down from 18% (shame on me) to 4.5% with a balanced diet, no zero-carb starvation BS, no gear, just 6 small solid meals per day and cardio on an empty stomach. The only fatburner I took were 2 cups of coffee before cardio.

i dont knwo, for most ppl,the realistic and healthy possibilty and goal is something like shredded natty plus hrt*2,for some extra size.

they want that little bit more,its understandable.

those who decide for the long run,its ok, those who plan only doing a cycle here and there, better leave it alone imo.

I understand your point, but I don't have those reports anymore. I was guided by someone with Bodystat equipement and he was adjusting my diet from week to week. I started with roughly 3500-3600 kcal and ended somewhere between 2200-2400 kcals, 4 weight training sessions and 5 morning cardio sessions. The key is to slowly decrease your calories. This way I was able to burn 8 kg/17.6 pound of fat and gaining 1 kg/2.2 pound of muscle mass.

But my main problem was and still is: water control, so I was pancake flat and the fact that I was natural wasn't in my advantage either ;D

i depends on so many things.

if the muscle is dehydated and too flat, all the leanness wont help much, but this is something that doesnt generaly happen to the lower back.

i get the spinal errector striations kind of early already,they shine through ok ish when caliper says 6% for me, whether in depleted or full doesnt seem to matter.

but thats not xmas tree tey, for me xmas tree is when the lat gets the feathered look, where the lat looks like a slab of meat thrown at the spinal erector muscles,with papaer thin foil on it.

most amateur competitors do not have that on contest day, you know,r egional shows.

so it will be low 4% range for most.

A few months ago DJ182 told me that his physique blew mine out of the water. I quit bodybuilding right then and there and have recently taken up knitting as well as bird watching. It's not a glamorous life but at least I'm not competing here anymore with the Alpha Male King who posts here known as DJ191.

not that im some monster or anything, but to get to my size, dj is looking at something like 3 years non stop supplement usage moderate levels, actual trainign(not what he does, or did he join an actual gym by now?)and diet ,which hes too ignorant to follow.
he can eat little and starve, but he wont eat a proper diet no matter what, too thick to grasp this.so the true size will never come.all will be water bloat.all.
when he goes off he will piss all the water out and be softer than before.

well its jsut one of the issues.

the diet is no good either.

he thinks hes oldschool hardcore by only doing what he thinks is a hard training,haha, meanwhile over half his life has flown by and he still has to build mass which others get naturaly in a year if they eat right.

maybe should video tape himself during training and then see the reality,

but i hear theres ppl who can look in a mirror and they dont realy see whats reflected,they see what they want to see.

popping a few pills takes 2-3 seconds, setting up and doing an inject takes a good 5 minutes or so

and YES, i really am that lazy

btw, i only want to be 165-170 @ 5-6% that's it stop, not bigger

right now i'm 167 @ 8-9% so if all goes as planned i'll be @ 165-170 5-6% by springtime

you are almost exactly like an uncle of mine who gave me constant shit when i was a teen, in fact a few times i thought that you might be him :D :D :D

here's a few examples of his encouraging words for me.. 1. when i was running track and cross-country and placed well in a few meets he said something like "anyone who is dull enough to practice that shit can become good at it" and 2. another time he found my training journal and wrote something like this inside of it "hi, i've been practicing this shit for years, and i'm still a weak f@g" LOL

I think this board is just that.

problem is with a lot of boards there's usually vested interest in the advise you'll see being given- ie guys who train will give you advise based on their way of doing things, or products they push (kigs anyone?). doesn't mean it's wrong, but doesn't mean it's right either. for years on promuscle the whole idea of the big stack was a mythical creature that existed only in forums and gossip. nobody uses those types of doses! but now the truth is out- you want a pro card? np. up the volume. if you got the genetics you might be in business. if not your out of luck. at the end of the day it's what you take, how well you respond to it, and how much you can afford. it's everybody. nobody is above this rule. I heard jay cutler himself say use as much gh as you can afford. that's the game.

Serious question DJ. Since you're a guy with a competitive nature, have you ever considered to do a physique competition?

i think about it, but not sure if i will

they do have a "classical bodybuilding" fed that has weight limits based on height so for a fella like me who is 180 cm max on stage weight is 86 kg

i honestly think the ideal lean weight for my frame is 80-82 kg but that's a pretty big jump from 76 kg @ 8-9% to 82 kg @ 5-6% but if i actually really trained squats and deads very heavy i could probably hit that bodyweight it's just that i hate training legs with a passion and i usually skip training them and train them rather lightly like some leg extensions and light hacks lol

He and Cswol have different goals on the long run, but I understand what you mean. Cswol was pretty cocky in the beginning, but I noticed a change. He became more humble. Now he's even completely off the radar (because of his complaining wife, according to Steve), so I'm looking forward to see him on stage (a NPC comp if I'm correct).

there seems to be a large gap of bone in between the elbow joint and two tricep heads


depressing this will never be covrered in muscles

So 86 kg means 10 kg extra, but you don't seem comfortable with that, which is OK, just an observation. If you choose to compete, than the physique class seems to fit more in your personal goal. 5-6% sounds too high for a good competition look, unless you have a blotting paper skin like Zane or Bannout.

i basically train each bodypart twice a week except legs and i usually do torso
(chest/back) one day and arms and delts the other day, or a push/pull split

i'm figuring 100 mg per day is max, but i'd rather try and stay around 60-80 mg and maybe add var and go with 50 mg of each

Listen, we have fundamental different goals and views on training, nutrition & PEDs as well. If you're able to reach your personal goals AND stay healthy & happy, then good for you.

no kids, too self-absorbed

was married to psycho photomodel (mr. nobody and borachho have seen her pics so they can attest to her looks)

don't have a gf at the moment but i see 2 different females from time to time

my own obsessive training halts my progress ie. overtraining

if i can control myself and take more rest days i will grow bigger, even on less drugs ;)

my legs have grown a decent amount lately, and guess what? i trained then less often but heavier
also, how the fuck do you explain my recent size gains? and don't try and tell me that i'm not bigger lol
not really concerned he ith her looks... wondering because it seems like youre going through some weird mid life crisis where youve never found a partner and youre trying to act like youre an in shape 20 year old because youre getting old, have no self esteem, no partner, and are finding out that you've wasted the better part of half your adult life with nothing to show for it.

not trying to be a dick, but that's how this whole thing seems to me.

i'm not a fan of emotional closeness therefore i choose not to get too attached to a female and i also try and convince her not to get too close or attached to me, and it usually works quite well lol

anyways, if i can continue to control my drive and take days off from the gym i will grow quite quickly me thinks, that and keep doing deads and heavy leg work

and btw, my deads went up 2 full reps today :)

that doesnt mean anything, you probably sat on your ass 20 minites longer today thus allowing u to do 2 extra reps

scard of getting hurt, scared of the needle, going through life sad and lonely.

Bro.... get out of your comfort zone, make a change.... do something your scared of or youre going to wind up on your deathbed, sad, alone, and wishing you hadnt wasted your life on such stupid shit while running from everything that could potentially lead to a happier, more fulfilled you. Theres a lot more to life than showing how good your physique progress is on a message board.

lol...once or twice a week, an hour at a time.  ;D 

And wrt to the ex wife I didn't see a wedding pic or them together in a photo, so that girl could've been anyone really.
