9. He shall penetrate their asses for millions of dollars $ in court.
Seriously, "he appeared to be clenching his buttocks"... Listen, most of us have the feeling when we get stopped. "Ah, crap, I rolled thru that stop sign, didn't i?" You're mad at yourself, you feel stupid, you're now late and might get a ticket. If you had to crap a little before those sirens came on, you have to go a lot suddenly.
Hence why i detest 99 percent of cops
Tbombz is thinking, Road trip!
Are any of us really all that surprised. Cops are human and as history attests; human beings are capable of doing horrendous things to one another.
Its gotten out of hand...this is what happened..ANOTHER TIP OF THE CAP TO HUGO...when we allowed things like the Patriot Act to go forward. The velcro warrior mindset exists in some departments. All they want to do is gear up in body armor and MP 5's , throw flashbangs and smoke somebody...anybody. Hell half the time these people are smoking people's dogs for no reason. Then when u can't get enough..u do shit like this...basically shitting on both the US Constitution, state constitution and every law in this country dealing with this kind of thing.
Yeah, this one surprises me.. Early on someone should have pulled the officers aside and said enough is enough. That it was allowed to continue to that extent surprises me somewhat. A supervisor somewhere should have had a light bulb come on sometime about the 17th probing of this guy
This case is just a complete clusterfuck... Issuing a warrant based on how one is standing? Having the warrant executed after it expires and in county where it's not valid? Forcing someone to get enemas? Then forcing him to undergo sedation and what is, in essence, exploratory surgery?
I don't think "surprised" cuts it, for me. It's just... fucking unreal. There are just no words for this.

Credit to avxo for posting this to the "Police State - Official Thread". I thought it needed a thread of its own.

The incident began January 2, 2013 after David Eckert finished shopping at the Wal-Mart in Deming. According to a federal lawsuit, Eckert didn't make a complete stop at a stop sign coming out of the parking lot and was immediately stopped by law enforcement.
Eckert's attorney, Shannon Kennedy, said in an interview with KOB that after law enforcement asked him to step out of the vehicle, he appeared to be clenching his buttocks. Law enforcement thought that was probable cause to suspect that Eckert was hiding narcotics in his anal cavity. While officers detained Eckert, they secured a search warrant from a judge that allowed for an anal cavity search.
The lawsuit claims that Deming Police tried taking Eckert to an emergency room in Deming, but a doctor there refused to perform the anal cavity search citing it was "unethical."
But physicians at the Gila Regional Medical Center in Silver City agreed to perform the procedure and a few hours later, Eckert was admitted.
What Happened
While there, Eckert was subjected to repeated and humiliating forced medical procedures. A review of Eckert's medical records, which he released to KOB, and details in the lawsuit show the following happened:
1. Eckert's abdominal area was x-rayed; no narcotics were found.
2. Doctors then performed an exam of Eckert's anus with their fingers; no narcotics were found.
3. Doctors performed a second exam of Eckert's anus with their fingers; no narcotics were found.
4. Doctors penetrated Eckert's anus to insert an enema. Eckert was forced to defecate in front of doctors and police officers. Eckert watched as doctors searched his stool. No narcotics were found.
5. Doctors penetrated Eckert's anus to insert an enema a second time. Eckert was forced to defecate in front of doctors and police officers. Eckert watched as doctors searched his stool. No narcotics were found.
6. Doctors penetrated Eckert's anus to insert an enema a third time. Eckert was forced to defecate in front of doctors and police officers. Eckert watched as doctors searched his stool. No narcotics were found.
7. Doctors then x-rayed Eckert again; no narcotics were found.
8. Doctors prepared Eckert for surgery, sedated him, and then performed a colonoscopy where a scope with a camera was inserted into Eckert's anus, rectum, colon, and large intestines. No narcotics were found.
Throughout this ordeal, Eckert protested and never gave doctors at the Gila Regional Medical Center consent to perform any of these medical procedures.
"If the officers in Hidalgo County and the City of Deming are seeking warrants for anal cavity searches based on how they're standing and the warrant allows doctors at the Gila Hospital of Horrors to go in and do enemas and colonoscopies without consent, then anyone can be seized and that's why the public needs to know about this," Kennedy said.

A pdf copy of the lawsuit can be seen at: http://www.scribd.com/doc/181730326/Traffic-Complaint-pdf (http://www.scribd.com/doc/181730326/Traffic-Complaint-pdf)
According to the lawsuit, Eckert inspired the ire of the local cops at a traffic stop about 4 months earlier when he was rude to them. At the time, they seized his car but had to return it the next day when no drugs were found.
Also, the hospital is now trying to bill Eckert for the medical procedures which he was unwillingly subjected to and has even threatened to send him to collections if he doesn't pay.
Adding insult to injury:
It's unclear why the colonoscopy was necessary after enemas and x-rays did not reveal hidden drugs. Eckert was sent a $6,000 bill for the medical procedures he involuntarily underwent, his lawyer says.

I'm sure the apologists will be right along to make excuses for these pigs for one reason or another since they are Hispanic
And, apparently, they've done this to someone else. Strikingly similar circumstances, the same drug-sniffing dog, the same hospital of horrors:

What the fuck is happening down in New Mexico?

Why don't you go back to peddling fool's gold and leave the serious discussion to the adults?
Where else has such a travesty occurred? ...I don't think we've seen anything like this before.
Hence my comment: Only in America!
Sheesh, ...for someone who couldn't find the words,
...you'd think you'd be a little more grateful & appreciative of me helping you out. :P
People who abuse under color of authority can be found everywhere.
Your little northern "paradise" isn't immune: A quick Google search yields the name Kenneth Estabrooks - a rapist with a badge. It yields numerous articles about police abuse and numerous videos of Canadian cops brutalizing citizens.
You can say "only in America" but you'd be wrong.
Tip of the iceberg.
