I have two teenage kids literally camping out in my gym today, portable dvd player and all, doing this muscle mag program....

Extreme muscle shock training is a good idea but only for advanced BB's
You say these guys are teenagers? They should just stick to the basics. While muscles adapt very quickly to workload, when in the cognitive phase of a BB program you are already shocking the muscles by progressive resistance workouts. No need for this all day extreme arm training for teenagers

try telling that to a teenager and watch his eyes drift past you and fixate on the hot brunette's ass who's working the stairmaster.

When the inflamation dies down, say good bye to your one inch. You need to gain 10-15lbs to see a 1" gain in reality.

8 YEARS TRAINING AND I DID BACK AND CHEST TOGETHER, NO DEADLIFTS, MOSTLY ROWS, SOME PULLDOWNS. BENCH, DUMBELLS AND BARBELL FOR CHEST.

Classic! I doubt you'll add one inch on your arm, if you measure a week after that "crazy" workout. Sounds like a good effort though.

It's 1:30 and they're still here... they've been here since like 8 or 9 this morning.
They said they will tell me there measurements in a week,,, so I'll let you guys know,,, I told them not to expect much...

I hope they become hopelessly discouraged and despondent when their amazing arm blasting program doesn't produce the desired results, and never set foot in your gym again.
That's what they deserve for believing something so stupid in the first place. People are always looking for the "quick fix." Like P.T. Barnum said, there's a sucker born every minute.

lol, did you see the weights he was using as well?
60lb barbell curls, woah! lol.
If this idiot would realize it's not about quantity but quality maybe he would go somewhere.

UPDATE
Kid A gained 0 inches.
Kd B gained .25 inches.
They followed it to a tee, showing the 1 inch in 1 day article was a fantasy,,,
but the 1/4 inch for the one kid wasn't bad...

There was a bodybuilder back in the early 90's named JJ Marsh who had enormous thighs which I admired. He said in a magazine interview that his thighs started to grow like weeds once he changed his squatting routine from one session per week to three times a week. Well, being the sucker I was I tried just that. I began heavy squats 3 times per week and I continuted this for about a year. Sure enough, my legs exploaded with growth. Went from 26" to 29.5 in just under a year and although I only put on 3.5 inches on each thigh, the vascularity and definition is night and day. I highly recommend 3x/weekly squats if you have the stomach for it. It's not easy but the results speak for themselves.
