Sorry but it is also a matter of consuming sweet and regular potatoes and fish and broccoli...

OK, diuretics, drugs, etc. etc. but it is well known that the majority of the European and especially the Eastern European and Middle Eastern Athletes, are follow a very strict diet plan.

Even their faces don't have the deep conditioned lean look of prior champs. When I look at bodybuilders from Europe and even the Asian ones look like they have a quality look to their muscles like the champs of the past.

he looked good from every angle when he won his class at the british a good few year back
