Sorry but it is also a matter of consuming sweet and regular potatoes and fish and broccoli...

OK, diuretics, drugs, etc. etc. but it is well known that the majority of the European and especially the Eastern European and Middle Eastern Athletes, are follow a very strict diet plan.

someone shows up in shape! now tell how much that dude weights from not knowing what weight class he is in...i would say 200 lbs...weight classes overall brings in better shape...pros chase being 250+ to much and as a result condition suffers

It seems all the top pros are using the same drugs. They all look like they have bloated muscle.  Even their faces don't have the deep conditioned lean look of prior champs. When I look at bodybuilders from Europe and even the Asian ones look like they have a quality look to their muscles like the champs of the past.

Think its Kamal Elgarni who won the under 90kg class,so yes,he is under 200lbs.
