I watched this earlier and was in disbelief. This was the most disgusting food ever. I would NOT call this cooking in any sense. Adam nearly burned down his house and probably will in the future "cooking" like this.
Its highly amusing to watch though.

Adonis, what do you think about Thermic effect of food as far as Adonis Principles go? Also, I was reading some diet articles on Layne Norton's site and he puts a lot of emphasis on getting certain macro nutrients at certain times. Opinions?

Irrelevant. All food has a thermic effect and I wouldn`t rely on the 100 calories or so you may burn to create a deficit. Typing on the computer will burn the same amount.

Thanks, I've almost been tempted to get on a traditional bodybuilding diet but I really can't justify it.

A Fleming has always haunted me the last name. Its very strange my friend the race car driver busted his head on the wall in a accident racing walked around in a daze for a year, his sister wanted me to have sex with me, his dad I was a pitcher for him little league, now my mom rents a house from him.
