Adonis, what do you think about Thermic effect of food as far as Adonis Principles go? Also, I was reading some diet articles on Layne Norton's site and he puts a lot of emphasis on getting certain macro nutrients at certain times. Opinions?

Irrelevant.  All food has a thermic effect and I wouldn`t rely on the 100 calories or so you may burn to create a deficit.  Typing on the computer will burn the same amount.

Thanks, I've almost been tempted to get on a traditional bodybuilding diet but I really can't justify it.
