Yes, "one" cycle.  I would claim that too if I looked like that.  There's literally not one feature on him that could be considered "thick."  ???

That's what I thought lol. I got called out to post pics. I did. Period. Have you ever competed? I did one cycle in my life... you did all those drugs to look worse lol. Well done.

I didn't post to show how good I was... I posted cause someone said I never posted pics. Viola. Pics. End of story.

hey nick, one anavar per day, for one week? two weeks?

Nope standard newbie cycle.

test, deca, dbol...
winstrol, suspension closer to the show that's it.

Gal is right. That one 12 week cycle lasted me a while. I just preferred power lifting over bb. And stayed off. Not a big story really.

don't get me wrong you look great in that pic but all those drugs to look like that, fuck my life I literally have zero hope then. I am seriously considering quitting weight training and taking up cross fit or running or something else.

That's why I went to powerlifting. In my thread there are way more pics then Sev posted. He was selective on posting me off for 15 years in my back shot lol. Yes there is about 15 years between those shots.

Yes sir for ALL of those pics. By the time I moved I quit competing in both sports. Matter of fact, some of my pics are on the walls there still to this day. Like I said posting wasn't about me being anything special... it was cause I was called out. I delivered. That's all.

You are as natural as a cock flavored lollypop in the last two pics .. gyno a bit as well .. in these pics you could have 45cm arms perhaps but your bodyweight is higher, you hold a lot more water and you have test bloat (not 200mg a week but a lot more than that)

Ok reason why I am asking whole bunch of questions is cos I am interested.

So I have been natty all my life, since 2 months ago before I started GH. I used to be morbidly obese (253lb 35-40% BF plus) had lots of issues and addictions so not gonna get into that.

Last year I lost 80lb and got down to 168 at my lowest and was around 12-13% bf from what I have been told maybe it was higher, i wil post pick and you can evaluate.

Anyway I have a freindly doctor who gave me the GH. I could have also gone on Test Prop if I wanted to but choose GH believing it was the safer options because there would be no risk for my natural test productions being shut down for life and I didn't want to risk being on HRT etc.

My understanding is if you stay on gear for a while without cycling I would probably end up on hrt.

This is the reason why I ask.

The GH is doing NOTHING for me asthetically and I want to know if I should jump on test instead

I don't want to look like a freaky bodybuilder, just a good beach body etc or phsique model type body etc

gh alone wont help u that much.. u have to add some test and clean ur diet.. of course u have to train hard too if ur fuckin around in the gym with light weights u wont get anywhere...

I have much better genes. That's why I said what I said. With you, something does not add up

You are 85 kg's at 8% bf at 1m77cm with 45cm arms

I am     76 kg's at 8% bf at 1m80cm with 38cm arms

See?  ;) I need 2 grams of gear a week and 25 lbs more just to catch up to your arm size ..

My point is, in the first pic you are very far from 45cm arms if all else is accurate

it maybe the angle... but like i said im not bsing u im tellin the truth.. everything i wrote is true the cycles also... my arms were 38 cm when i just started to train with 15 years and i was not fat at all.

look you might have great arm genetics and i could be wrong, but they don't look 45's to me, but if they are then kudos to you.

if u make claims like that u have to back it up.. u say u are 12-13% bf thats not so bad so lets post some pics so we can say if u will look better on gear or not..

look man, I am here looking for advice and help from like minded people, I already admited I look like shit. I will for sure post pictures for you too evaluate.

I've come from a bad place to where I am at now and it was pain, sweat and tears.

My statement wasn't like "oh I look better than you" and all that ego bullshit, it was more like "would I look just as good if not better" if I jumped on the gear etc.

I have been conflicted about it etc.

I will post up pics tonight if I can get photoshop to work cos I don't want people to see my face etc
i think u edited ur post... ur post was more like "i would look better than u guys if i jumped on gear" but anyways i dont give a fuck do what u want to do...

Yeah kinda what I was thinking!

I am 5.9 and a half @171lb with 40 cm guns around 12-13BF totally natty.

The look more like 16's to me but hey pics can be funny, not hating cos still looks great but.....hmmmmm

OK, so you are about the same height as NB and claim to be just have just 1-2% more body fat than he does. Post a pic and I guarantee you are not even close to his level of leanest. You have to be less than 10% to have visible abs. 8% is about right for him.

Of course I know you won't post a pic because you know that you look much fatter than he does. If you looked anywhere half decent we would have seen a pic by now. But just be honest with yourself. Look at yourself in the mirror right now and compare yourself to NB. Then honestly tell yourself that it's just a 1-2% difference.

How did you get your doctor to "give" you hgh? How old are you? Does insurance cover it or do you pay out of pocket?

Yes, taking testosterone will suppress you own naturally production. But you will eventually get back to natural levels when you go off whatever your natural levels currently are at. The reason why many stay on for life is because old age "suppresses" your natural levels. If you are in your forties and want to stay active, virile and minimize loss of muscle mass then TRT is the only way to go. And replacement dose is not any more dangerous then if your own body was keeping you at natural normal-high normal levels.

Yes, Cleanest Nat in shape blows away both thicknick and Natbeast. He does have above average genetics in response to training and hormones. In a sense that's one of the reasons he probably is so inconsistent with his training. It almost comes too easily that he gets bored. He hasn't developed the obsessive/compulsive ADD mindset that plagues a lot of bodybuilders both recreational and competitive. Their lives and self image revolve around their bodies and the slightest loss of weight or inches, which happens all too easily like just missing a meal, sends them into panic mode. With Sev he doesn't really give a crap because he knows he can get right back and blow most out of the water. When he feels like it, and really it just seems like an arbitrary desire or whim, he goes through his 8 week transformation and then just gets bore. It's like "OK, now what?" Then he moves on to something else. He seems far more interested and fascinated with things having to do with the mind and spirit and not necessarily the body.

Of course this is just my own uberman-like psycho analysis. I could be all wrong and I'm sure Sev will tell me so. But it's just been my experience that when things come relatively easy you don't obsess over it and get bored easily.

Very accurate. I get bored with it fast and I also cannot stand being on hormones. Maybe I am too sensitive. I fed my ego enough with that crap .. I admire people who can take a lot for longer and admit that I simply cannot stand it.

difference is he is on gear I am totally natty, what I was saying is my natty pic looks just as good as his if not better than his natty pics (not his current one, the ones he posted earlier in the thread) so if I jumped on gear maybe I would look just as good if not better. look at below pics from about 3 months ago, what BF is that I have it at 13-14 or am I deluded. I just wanna know if I have potential to get good if i jump on gear.

Below pics totally natty

Personally, I don't place much stock in what body fat % people claim. They can claim anything they want but it's how they look that counts. NB is about as lean as one could get and still remain healthy. You have a distinct pooch just below the belly button and you can clearly see the slab of fat in that area that extends to your sides. Whatever body fat % either of you are at there is more than a 1-2% difference between the both of you.

NB is standing at near stage ready shape. Maybe 3-4 weeks out. Maybe just a couple of more pounds of fat if that but mostly at that condition it's about dropping water weight.

Yeah but you are comparing him with me when he is on gear and I am not. look at his natty pics not his enhanced pics when he is on test e.

Clearly I am fat, and don't have mass, the question is for me how long and what type of stack to run to get close to NB, you understand what I am saying here or not?

This is not about me vs NB, I have already gave him props for that, I am just looking to see if I have ok foundation to build on and how long to get to NB's standard if I jump on gear etc

haha u talk like im on huge amounts of gear.. if u know anything about gear 200mgs of propionate is nothing.. it will do nothing for u! u admitted that u are on gh.. u inject gh and claim natural... pathetic.

I just look at the end result. Whatever one does or doesn't do is not relevant to me. I always hear guys like you say "He's on gear. I would look so much better than he does if I took as much as he did." The point is you don't so you won't. It reminds me of when I was a kid my neighbor who was the same age as I was was always so much stronger than me. He moved away and I started lifting weights. When he came back for a visit we had a weight lifting contest and I destroyed him. He claimed, "We'll that's because you lift weights now. If I started lifting weights I'd be way stronger than you." He was probably right. But the fact is that he didn't lift weights and therefore was no longer stronger than I was. It's his choice to do or not do what I do.

I don't care about how people use to be and how they are going to be. I only care about how they are now. You claimed that you are carrying only 1-2% more bodyfat than NB. I claim that you are not. I don't care what either of you do to attain your present condition. I'm only commenting on what I am seeing now. And regardless of what numbers are claimed the fact is NB is in way, way better condition than you are. How he achieved that is a separate issue.

Again, it really doesn't matter what you do or take to address the point at hand. He claimed that you are only 1-2% leaner than he is. Looking at the pics and comparing them, regardless of what anybody is on, he is not even in the same league as you are right now. You are just a couple of pills of lasix away from being stage ready. He has a lot of work to do.

ok well look I appreciate your honesty man clearly I have lots of work to do which I look forward to doing, so what body fat do you think I am in those pictures? 20 ish??

It really doesn't matter what body fat percentage you are. Even when you do a real body fat under water analysis it doesn't distinguish between subcutaneous fat (fat under the skin which is what shows) and all the other fat surrounding your organs and in the muscle itself. A friend of mine is lean and vascular as hell but because of the years of steroid use he has a fatty liver.

Forget the scale and just look at the mirror. If you see flab you have to cut back more. Simply (but not easy) as that.

When you get past 35 losing that belly flab. That pooch just below the belly button gets exponential harder and harder to do. Even look at the older bodybuilders like Jay and even going back to Ed Corney. Only hgh in addition to testosterone will help with that.
Compare Ed Corney to Bob Paris is these pic. Their waists are about in the same position. Kind of twisted and bent forward slightly. It's not exact and of course were splitting hairs wildly but note the little pooch on the 45 year old Corney versus the mid twenty year old Paris. Paris is flat as a board. You notice this a lot in women as well. That's why young girls can get that flat as a board midsection without even training whereas an older gym rat women will still have that pre menstrual pooch going.

Again, we're splitting hairs as both these guys are sub 6% and in incredible shape. But it's just to point out how much harder it is to get and stay lean once the mid thirties start creeping up.

What's funny is that Bob Paris actually had the genetics to be a mass monster. You can tell. His structure would of allowed it. He was 248 pounds offseason 30 years ago. His overall symmetry was out of this world.

There is 15 years between those pics 20ish to 35ish. With no drug use what so ever. So what would Sev look like after 15 years off?

If I had continued to cycle, even on and off, Sev would be a bead of sweat between my crack. And anyone with a tiny piece of brain knows this. Lol @ better genetics.

You miss something .. when I go off I stop training altogether. So I revert to a slender look. I am happy with myself so I do not feel that a muscular body defines me. Your muscles is all you have I guess so it's like a badge of honor for you perhaps. Not really. Training in moderation is a way to keep the body running healthy. I have most of my day built around writing, reading, meditating or concentrating on certain things. So my focus is within not outside. I spent 30 years playing sports, lifting and enjoying life .. but I did not come in this life to be a hamster inside a wheel.

I understand.

But for me its different, I honestly think I have exercise addiction. It's not so much the weight training I have a problem with it's the cardio.

I mean I LOVE cardio, I have to do it, if i don't do it I get depressed.

I am not talking about bullshit bodybuilding cardio either like walking like an elephant on a treadmill at 3KPH.

I am talking about interval sprints, skipping furiously, boxing bag work, tabatha's all that shit.

Cardio really fucks up my goals for muscle building but I can't help it cos I love it.

I think that's my problem.

I have seen this before.

People who are obsessed with running for cardio. What is it that you are running away from? Or in your case, do you feel that you are running in place in life?

There's some good stuff in this thread today. Everything in moderation. Exercise to be healthy and not just to be huge. Even my recent nemesis, Cleanest Natural offers really good sound advice here. Like some folks when I don't work out, I return to my roots which is to be lean. Of course I also eat less when not working out, not because I am on a diet, but because I need less fuel. For the most part cardio is boring unless preformed as part of some other activity, like a bike ride with a destination or walking the dogs down to the river and back up the hill to my home.

I have always had an extremely addictive personality. It's not something that I can help.

lets take a typical day for me:

get up 6.00am Pin GH go back to sleep.

Wake up 8.30am, hit the gym at 9.00am on empty stomach. (I don't like eating in the morning)

Usually do about hour and half weight training + hour of cardio after.

drink can of coke or lucozade.

hit my office at around 2.00pm and work till about 5.00pm (i run my own IT company so I am flexible in what I can do)

4.00pm start getting hungry at this stage (pretty much eat some random shit)

6.30pm go gym again, do 1 to 1/12 hour cardio. Boxing stuff

8.00pm eat like a mothafucker, like just carbs after carbs after carbs, i can probably eat between 3,000-5000 calroies in this evening eating window.

....pretty much repeat 6 times a week.

It is easy to become addicted to routine. The trick is to break the routine. Variety is the spice of life and also what keeps us vibrant and healthy. Try eating breakfast for a change. Workout in the afternoon. It can be difficult at first, but ultimately freeing. Don't let yourself become a slave to your own routines.

8.00pm eat like a mothafucker, like just carbs after carbs after carbs, i can probably eat between 3,000-5000 calroies in this evening eating window.

....pretty much repeat 6 times a week.

drop the gh or anything else for that matter

exercise no more than 1 hour a day .. weekends off

If you train 2 1/2 hours, you either train with incredibly long breaks or you do waaay too much

drop the carbs .. eat lean red meats, bitter green veggies and healthy fats

drink water when you are thirsty

spend an hour daily for your inner self (meditate, visualize or simply sit in a quite place and day dream)

I envy you the ability to play these sports. Right now I am suffering from both sciatica and recovering from knee surgery for a torn meniscus. I have trouble just walking to the mail box and have been forced to do routine cardio at the gym for exercise and to keep my leg functioning. Additionally, I have an astigmatism which makes me terrible at sports such as tennis and basketball or anything where I have to gauge where a ball is.

I've had the astigmatism my whole life but the knee shit and sciatica is just old age, which is a bitch! I feel like a young man but my body says otherwise.

I did not say I played in the NBA. I played professional tennis but also a couple of seasons of basketball and also high level amateur squash.

This is some solid advice.

It is hard to dial back one's workout, but it pays off in the long run. I never spend more then 90 minutes at the gym. and I never go more than 6 times a week, usually 5.

Water with a squeeze of lemon is a great drink. I drink this hot or cold. Soda drinks should be rare treat at best.

Eat when you are hungry, eat slowly and stop eating when you are full and not when your plate is empty.

One exception, some carbs are good. Just don't make them the mainstay of your diet. Carbs which contain high fiber are best.

I agree... carbs have their place as long one does not go over 100 grams daily.. I made suggestion based on my experience and what I consider healthy living.

You will not be able to sustain that. Learn to find balance.

I am sorry to read this. Will you never be able to play basketball, even just for fun, again?

My son played varsity football in high school. During the off season he played rugby. When he moved to Germany, he took up soccer. He's had knee and back surgery. He coaches his son's small town soccer team but doesn't play himself anymore. My son is 47 years old.

My son-in-law has had several knee surgeries. He is a retired National Champion Pairs Figure Skater. His for fun sport of choice, like one of yours, is basketball. He shoots hoop at home with his son now. My son-in-law is 41 years old.

I shouldn't complain because my knees have lasted longer than either my son or son-in-law's. My knee was great until this year. I am 69 years old.

If my tendon holds up, I would like to play tennis again. Maybe even tournaments. I am sure I will be able to shoot around and play basketball. Just not competitively.

Aside from the surgery, judging from your photos you have a good handle on what is healthy living. I admire you for posting photos of yourself when you are super fit as well as when you are not. That takes guts on Getbig.

You and I share the same haircut. Is yours out of necessity like mine? I have been "follically challenged" since I was in my late teens. At least it is easy maintenance. I just buzzed my head and beard this morning....part of a twice a week routine that takes all of about 10 minutes.

I have been bald also since my late teens. Since I was 20 I sported the bald look. Past 8 years a little hair that's left plus a beard. I am quite bald, yes.

yeah i hear you but its easier said than done

You give yourself too little credit. Just do it, as the Nike adds say. Start small if you need to by breaking just one little part of your routine. Don't be put off if you don't succeed at first, keep at it. Mostly, start thinking more positively. If you believe you can do something you will....likewise, when you tell yourself you cannot, you won't. It is easier said than done, but nothing is impossible.

If i drop GH should I just totally come off or taper down like slowly bro? I don't want to suddenly feel like shit.
I think you will be ok. You improve the quality of your life so you will feel better.

Learn to visualize or "imagine" .. whatever you wanna call it. Do this 30 min at least daily. Imagination is the language of the pineal gland. When you focus at the pineal, the thought form projects an electromagnetic field in physical reality. This stimulates the pituitary which in turns balances the whole endocrine system. They will never tell you that using the pineal is the key to balance even the glands but instead they give you synthetic hormones and such. Daydreaming, imagining, visualizing, meditating, are key to a balanced life.

Well do what your doctors tell you to do. Take care of yourself and you'll be fine, most likely. So clearly, you are not finished as you suggested. Playing competitively isn't everything, but being able to do the things you enjoy is very important to your health, both mentally and physically.

You still have good muscle in your legs, it would appear from the photo. Being as fit as you are should help you in your recovery.

My right quad, especially the vastus medialis (inner muscle) atrophied a lot during the month I had to stay completely off that leg. I am still working on developing this by doing a variety of exercises, including leg presses (with pussy weight), bodyweight squats, weighted leg extensions, and some weighted hamstring exercises. Right now, the sciatica has caused my right calf muscle to seize up so I am walking like a gimp when I start out until I walk it out some.

Believe you me I know brother, I know.

Like I said its an addiction. I have real hard time backing off the excercise, its like if i don't spend minimum 3 hours a day training (and that can be anywhere from 4 to even 6 sometimes) I feel inadequate, I mean that literally.

I have had 6 costisone shots in my shoulders in last 18 months.

I get fucked up heart rhythms, whenever I stand up I feel like dizzy.....but i just keep pushing, like I have such a hard time convincing myself I need a day off even on sundays, most times i end up going gym

Most people don't have this problem and CAN'T have this problem because they simply don't have the time to devote 4 hours a day to training. How on earth can you get away with just working 3 hours a day?

You have way too much free time and need to make a concerted effort to develop yourself more as a person and develop other interest besides your body. Do you read? There is so much out there that can expand your mind and open it up to whole you worlds. I use to be in a chess club and I loved it. The way it challenges your mind is like nothing else. But I just didn't have the time to devote to it. I've always wanted to really get into archery. The Zen-like state one gets when drawing a bow and focus on a target. Trying to keep muscle tension yet stay relaxed. It's an almost unworldly state. It puts you in a very special place. I'd really like to get into Muy Thai. I look at the discipline these poor souls in Thailand put themselves through hoping it will be a way out of poverty. But the tradition and ceremony, even the beauty inherent in high level athletes is something I want a taste of. I wonder what it would be like to jump out of a plane and just soar through the air. What a rush that would be. And what it would be like to travel. To visit other parts of the world. To experience different people and culture.

But I'll never do any of that any time soon. Like so many, most of my waking hours revolve around work. Getting ready for work, traveling to work, spending 9-12 hours a day at work, coming home, trying to unwind and get in a shake so I have some energy to get me through an hour workout.

You are so blessed having so much free time and yet you want to spend it in a gym. Why would anyone want to walk on a treadmill or ride a stationary bike when you go out doors and do that? Ever been hiking? So much of life is out there that most of us will never have the time or money to experience but you're preoccupied with how your body looks. Is there nothing else in life that interests you?
