Better than most. Everything in that clip is factual. Zero drugs used.
Natural is actual just that, natural. Gains made using no drugs.
It's funny how the first post is someone claiming NOT NATTY. It doesn't matter what term you use, gains made with no gear.

As for this whole "clean vs natural" nonsense, I believe that if you've taken drugs in the past (like in my case) but no longer use them, and a considerable length of time has passed for all the substances to be completely removed from your body, then you can justifiably call yourself natural.
I've been clean for five years now and consider myself natural. Put it this way, there's nothing in my body that would give an unfair advantage over someone who has never touched a drug in their lives - it's now a level playing field as far as I'm concerned.

gotta disagree bro.... its unfair to TRUE lifetime nattys and from what ive seen, gear users always have leg up in their clean time from muscle memory and they can keep some of their juiced gains.
shouldnt matter, its just semantics, users are generally ok with their using. ..., except in the case of a guy like croatch who likes to belittle gear users even though he himself is/was lne.

i think this wont apply to them.
this kind wil never even get the full benefits of neither natural nor juiced training.
it goes even further than that,i truly think the ones who did some kind other sport on decent level before starting to lift, are at big advantage.
so, i say no.this benefit will be exclusive to the ones who went to the max or near enough naturaly.

Previously, re-acquisition of muscle mass -- with or without steroid use -- after periods of inactivity has been attributed to motor learning. However, this new data from the University of Oslo suggests that there is a cellular 'memory mechanism' within muscle of brief steroid users.
The team investigated the effects of steroids on muscle re-acquisition in mice and discovered greater muscle mass and more myonuclei -- which are essential components for muscle fibre function -- were apparent after returning to exercise.
Professor Kristian Gundersen explains how they carried out the study and the results found: "Mice were briefly exposed to steroids which resulted in increased muscle mass and number of cell nuclei in the muscle fibres. Three months after withdrawal of the drug (approximately 15% of a mouse's life span) their muscles grew by 30% over six days following load exercise. The untreated mice grew insignificantly."
The findings might have consequences for the exclusion time of doping offenders as brief exposure to anabolic steroids might have long lasting performance-enhancing effects.
Prof Gundersen says: "The results in our mice may correspond to the effects of steroids lasting for decades in humans given the same cellular 'muscle memory' mechanism. The new results might spur a debate on the current World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) code in which the maximum exclusion time is currently two years."
Additionally, the data suggests that strength training when young might be beneficial later in life since the ability to generate new myonuclei is impaired in the elderly.
Future studies should include human muscles and further investigation into the cellular and molecular mechanism for muscle memory.

u have the muscle thickness/bloat a natural can never achieve unless the 'natural'drank a gallon of milk a day until he grew udders,unless you were a fatso or extreme perma bulker as kid then dieted hard or close maybe the baby fat would then give way to some muscle ,not in your case and you were naturally lean kid by the 1st pic,,,many cycles ,,and you still come here and stir it up like bbing .com the next generation..

*6% seems to be the ideal bf level for an anabolics user. any less you start to lose fullness and get somewhat stringy depending on your frame and genetics, and any more you lose definition.
