Do you think a guy who never lifted , who starts lifting and juicing from the start, gets past his natural limit, then stops, would then stay at his natural limit assuming he lifts and trains properly still?

i think this wont apply to them.
this kind wil never even get the full benefits of neither natural nor juiced training.
it goes even further than that,i truly think the ones who did some kind other sport on decent level before starting to lift, are at big advantage.
so, i say no.this benefit will be exclusive to the ones who went to the max or near enough naturaly.
i dont remember a single person in all those years who started juicing as soon as started traiing and developed something impressive.not 1 case.
