i know a guy personaly who will compete at the arnold classic obviously hes 8weeks out too,lol, and already looks leaner than this guy.
the weird thing is they really arent so fat at all , most is water, they just dont crash diet.the fat they have at that stage could be gone much quicker but at cost of some volume, oh well.
but i was shocked seeing this pic, my god those arms and shoulders,lol

Seriously, Heath has an awesome physique but he some how makes me think of the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man. I don't get it, he just does. He should do white-face and get with Goodyear for some commercials. They could save on the CGI.

I'm not a fan of midgets, but let's be honest, Flex is a league on his own in the -212, he wouldn't be ridiculized by Dex and Roelly who are only a tiny bit taller but bigger.

Back in 2006, I believe Henry was placing 3rd to Phil Heath in Phil's first two Pro wins.

David Henry may have one of the best upper bodies out there right now. Period. But he gives too much away in the lower body to Flex making him look much less complete : thigh sweep and calves.

I wouldn't be so quick to discount Lee Priest. If there were a time-warp, Lee and Flex would damn near be twins. Lee would have better legs, calves, abs, arms the same, back maybe not so much, but Flex is working hard on it.
It would be cool to see those two stand on a stage together at the exact same age ~ sans the tats... or not.

Dorian's old B&W photos from '93 were shot front-on, no mirror, were crystal clear, not to mention he was practically in contest shape and there were shots containing all the mandatories. Flex is good, it's a great pic, but he doesn't even come close to Dorian in those shots when you break it down.
Also, if you look at the face of Neil Hill in the background, it's fairly wide and stretched. I've seen Neil on several occasions and his head isn't that wide in real life, the mirror effect is doing that and so obviously it's making Flex's physique look wider than it actually is.

I don't know...just always looked taller in my photos, even my comp photos. But having said that I am taller than a lot of the pros that I meet. I find that many are shorter than 5'4.
You also wear heels as well.

Neil Hill who is stood behind him,is the same height as Flex,about 5"5`,and you can see that Neil is stood on the wooden board.His triceps have blown up over the years compared to how they used to look,especially in a side chest pose.

Yes but so do the females I have pics with and I am taller in many cases. Most physique builders are shorter than I realised.

Don't think he's carrying too much muscle, as long as he can get in shape with it that's fine, but I will agree it's got to the stage where he's completely maxed out. Only the open class remains for him now and he runs the risk of getting too heavy and messing everything up.

Dave Henry's upper body is superior to Flex's. Dave only lost due to the lack of quad sweep.
Flex's muscle quality is way worse too. I remember looking at pics of his back and not a single cut
was seen (slight exaggeration).

David Henry and Flex Lewis are having some great battles. I wouldn't complain either way you place them 1 and 2. Don't know if Dave can do it at this point but lack of leg size is the only thing holding him back from owning the 212 division. He has everything else.
