When I eat lots of carbs and fats I feel sluggish. Whe I was dieting on zero carbs but not starving, I had a lot of energy. Slept less and was much more active.

Johnny I have found absolute magic when it comes to being able to maintain daily hour long workouts and still be able to perform at a high physical level at work. I have about 1/3 cup of chia seeds and 1/4 cup of ground flax with 1/2 cup oats and dried cranberry with a protein shake post workout every morning before work, read up on chia seeds they were the fuel source of the first ultra marathoners, Turkey magic.

carbs are simple for your body to deal with
when you eat meat it has to use up alot of bone marrow to break down the meat

Fine, get your energy from gluten laced pretzels instead of a quality source like fucking tangerines that have been genetically crossed with wrapping paper genes making them easy to peel... ::)

i have a shitload of chia seeds i never eaten they are dried in a cup about a year old. now i would tend to agree that chia and flax are superior fats and might even work for me
however peanutbutter and nuts in high amounts are bad and will put on too much fucking bodyfat. , i only eat maybe a handfull of mixed nuts a day. no more than that. they make me so fat, they are what caused my bad back from months ago, thankfrully my back is healed because i eat low fat high carbs now

now i tend to agree with you that tangerines are superior for vitamins and health but you see i drink 64 ounces of v8 per day. i dont crave much more than that. that pretty much covers nutrition i am lacking
the pretzels give me that energy and i dont have to shit them out after an hour since they lack fiber. if you eat nothing but fruits youll have to take a shit every 3 hours, its best to take a shit once every 8 hours

If I go absolutely crazy with coffee then I get shortness of breath and anxiety. I drink a shitload though.

I don't think it's a crazy investment. These are professional coffee making machines that businesses use. Now, add up the cost of three or four daily coffees from a coffee shop and the machine starts paying for itself, eventually.

you know johnny I have thought very seriously and wanted so bad to post a pic but Jesus this place will be absolutely brutal if not in peak form and I am currently about 2 months away, I weigh about 230 at about 6' with about 18% body fat and I won't post a pic unless I'm close to 10.

good shit man theres suprisingly more people playing it this year than last it seems and the game is 3 years old
the stick will yeild the fastest punches and combos use a mix of stick and buttons
button punches are much slower but easier to distinguish your type of punch is only advantage
