a "balanced diet" is good for if you dont like physical activity

fats fuck up a high carb diet , they get in the way and dim the taste of carbs thus you eat less carbs

your liver will make all the fat you need to perform cell operations ect

you get enough trace fats in a high carb diet

Johnny I have found absolute magic when it comes to being able to maintain daily hour long workouts and still be able to perform at a high physical level at work.  I have about 1/3 cup of chia seeds and 1/4 cup of ground flax with 1/2 cup oats and dried cranberry with a protein shake post workout every morning before work, read up on chia seeds they were the fuel source of the first ultra marathoners, Turkey magic.

its probably the meat getting in the way of the carbs function bro

carbs are simple for your body to deal with

when you eat meat it has to use up alot of bone marrow to break down the meat

this is probably why

i have a shitload of chia seeds i never eaten they are dried in a cup about a year old. now i would tend to agree that chia and flax are superior fats and might even work for me

however peanutbutter and nuts in high amounts are bad and will put on too much fucking bodyfat. , i only eat maybe a handfull of mixed nuts a day. no more than that. they make me so fat, they are what caused my bad back from months ago, thankfrully my back is healed because i eat low fat high carbs now

now i tend to agree with you that tangerines are superior for vitamins and health but you see i drink 64 ounces of v8 per day. i dont crave much more than that. that pretty much covers nutrition i am lacking

the pretzels give me that energy and i dont have to shit them out after an hour since they lack fiber. if you eat nothing but fruits youll have to take a shit every 3 hours, its best to take a shit once every 8 hours

high carbs and meat followed by extremely low calories , something like that

meat gives you endless energy stacked with high carbs , i did alot of fasting like one to three times a week i would also binge alot

the fasting was just damage control because i couldnt control my binges especially when smokin weed

i could also abuse the hell out of coffee when younger. i would many times drink a pot of coffee after getting high as fuck to curb appetite
