need some ideas
need to get big but i'm losing weight

i used to eat a ton of food for dinner and not much during the day
but now i dont have much deliscious food to load up on big time
back to eating chicken and rice?

i think i'm gonna buy a lot of prepared food
for dinner i need a huge meal otherwise i have to eat a lot of little shit meals

I eat the same proteins and veggies at the same time each day. Carbs are fluctuated due to carb cycling. I make my chicken for the following 3 days, so that it is readily available. Stick to the basics. Chicken breast, tuna, turkey breast, egg whites and shakes. Carbs- oatmeal w the eggs and brown rice w the chicken. Almonds and avocado taje care of the healthy fats.

Vegetables (mushrooms, onions, peppers)
Fruits (bananas and strawberries in shake)
Protein shake
Rice
Oatmeal
Ice Cream

mac n cheese
hamburger helper (lasagna, 4 cheese lasagna, tomato basil penne, stroganoff) with 2lbs ground beef and 3 slices of provolone cheese mixed in
cinnamon rolls
bagels w/cream cheese
papa johns double sausage and extra cheese with garlic dipping sauce
... that's about it.
oh, and tons of mt. dew and whole milk.

I think the key is just to make a solid commitment to eat enough food/meals a day no matter what. Force yourself to do it, you know what to eat by now you just dont want big arms enough.

Find a home cook site, and order home cooked take out. Maybe the chick who cooked the meal is appetizing too...

Do you force feed to an extend then?
Latest mantra seems to be listen to the body, eat when hungry etc.
