I eat the same proteins and veggies at the same time each day. Carbs are fluctuated due to carb cycling. I make my chicken for the following 3 days, so that it is readily available. Stick to the basics. Chicken breast, tuna, turkey breast, egg whites and shakes. Carbs- oatmeal w the eggs and brown rice w the chicken. Almonds and avocado taje care of the healthy fats.
