"As many of you know, unfortunately this last year I was the target of a number of defamatory videos and statements on social media by Jason Blaha of Ice Cream Fitness made in an effort to harm my reputation. Things became so out of control that my family and I even received threats of physical violence from several of Jason Blaha’s followers (including threats to my newborn son). Therefore, I unfortunately had to seek legal remedies to protect myself from these continued defamatory attacks. After a long, exhausting, and stressful process I am relieved to announce that on November 19th a UK judge (Justice David Bean) issued an injunction against Jason Blaha acknowledging the defamatory nature of these videos & statements and prohibiting Jason Blaha from repeating them. I did not want to publish the results of this hearing until the holidays were over as I felt it sent the wrong message to do so during the holiday season. I am in the process of putting more information together regarding the details of what happened and why I did what I did and that information should be available hopefully within the next few weeks. After that time I hope that all of this mess can be done and over with.
I will leave you with a few statements from the judge as well as the official court document so you can see for yourselves.
“The defendant (Jason Blaha) has repeatedly published on the internet allegations that he, the claimant, takes banned substances and that his research is bogus. It is not necessary to go into the details. The defendant has singularly failed to justify his conduct, in either sense of the word “justify”; either in the sense in defamation law, or more generally.”
“I am quite satisfied with the un-contradicted evidence of the claimant (Layne Norton) that he does neither of these things. I am also satisfied that, for the reasons set out in the witness statements, the remedy of an injunction is necessary to protect the claimant, because it is plain that the defendant threatens and intends, unless restrained, to go on publishing this defamatory material.”
“He (Jason Blaha) has taken no part in the proceedings whatever, and he has only himself to blame for the fact that I am about to give judgement.”

Layne lost 24k in bringing this case to court because the judgment was against Ice Cream Fitness Ltd which is a limited company and hence has limited liability and Jason folded that company several months before the Judgement and simply formed another company: Jugernaught Fitness.
Jason didn't turn up to defend against allegations in court, IT COST LAYNE @24K to make a point.

I don't blame him he literally has zero chance of ever winning that case and the expenses he would have incurred in solicitors fee's etc wouldn't have justified it.
It all came down to him not knowing anything about UK libel law, I warned him several times he didn't listen.

Look clearly the guy has has serious medical conditions and also he has terrible genetics and trains to be a power lifter not a bodybuilder.
He openly states he eats up to 800 gram of carbs a day and cuts on 5000 calories.
He is married, doesn't give a fuck about being laid and shit, just has different goals.
What he did do which is admirable is expose alot of bullshit and filth fake natty's and educate people on steroid juice etc.
However, his training and diet advice is terrible.

Having an LLC doesn't protect you from a defamation lawsuit nor does closing the business...he's still going to be held liable for the damages regardless.

Incorrect, he made those comments about Layne as an officer of the company (i.e. Ice Cream Fitness Ltd) in videos which are classed as assets and property of ICF Ltd and issued disclaimers stating those views are of ICM and not his own therefore he cannot be personally sued under UK law for defamation, only his company can and was.
I suggest you read the original writ which was issued, it's public record, Jason published it on his site, if I can find it I'll post the link for you.

I really used to like Layne back in the days on BB.com before his head grew about 10 sizes and he tries to "claim" he is a Doctor because he has some BS Phd...he used to be ok, now all that crap he spews has just gotten old. I do respect him for standing his ground and following through with his threat...hey he said he woulkd sue and he did ;D

I doubt that Layne will ever collect a dime from him but he has a shitload of other problems. Because of that judgement, he's now going to have some immigration issues and will prob be sent back to the U.S......but what's even worse is that he collected a ton of donations from people to which he basically just kept the money and did nothing. Some of those people will likely go out and find Jason to beat the shit out of him

But the fact is that a lot of people are just jealous of Layne's success and some simply want to knock him down a few notches while others are upset at him for his attacks on coaching teams and other contest prep coaches.

Regarding what fund raising activities Jason might or might not have partaken in or what he may or may not have pocketed, I couldn't possibly comment.
With regards to the company switch and also possible immigration issues, I can categorically assure you as someone who runs a limited company in the UK and knows a substantial amount about UK company Law that Jason will not be affected whatsoever by the issues you mentioned.
I could go into a full technical explanation but forgive me I have more pressing issue's on my mind such as why I can't hold down any sort of fucking relationship with any woman.
Furthermore, I have taken several tramodal tablets in the last 48 hours and am watching re runs of Sparticus, conjuring up visions of glory when I finally manage to get back into the gym after this stinking chest infection is over.
