I just registered here but am a long time lurker and have been in this game now for 20+ years.
I really like the simplicity that you approach dieting with and your overall POV on the subject.
I was wondering if you could estimate the number of calories that you diet on? I ask because the diet/meals I have seen you post seem to be very low in overall calories but high in quality and nutrient density. Just curious.

They look low but I rarely post all the day's food. I'd say when I diet strict that I eat under 2000cals a day. It depends on how much muscle you have, what are you running, etc. When I burn fat naturally, I eat fewer cals than when on a stack. I also train lighter less volume etc. So I adapt according to what I am doing.

Thanks. How much protein would you estimate you get and do you ever find that fiber, minerals, etc.. are lacking?
I actually eat about 50-75% fat when getting lean and never really take protein over 150-160g. I have noticed zero difference between that and when I used to eat 300g+. Also I think the 6 meals a day is total BS. I get really lean eating 3-4.

try the adoins diet, confuse the muscle and metabolism

It depends on the desired result.. are you trying to simply slim down? Eat clean but healthy? Get in contest shape? Different objectives under different conditions require diff solutions. I make things sound simple but I am very specific when I do them.

Maybe if you knew anything about what people do when they get in shape you may have a valid point, the fact you have NEVER been in shape shows you have no understanding of the topic.
People who get in shape have photos taken for various reasons, maybe they do it so they have a memory of that achievement, maybe they compete and want a record of that day, or maybe they do want to post them on a board to prove a point, fact is its beyond the realms of your imagination why they would do it because you always look a mess, and why would you want to be remined of that?

I wish I could say it was a quiet break brother, but unfortunately I found myself stranded in landlocked Uganda with only a fishing net and some hooks to secure a livelyhood. As providence would have it, I had just enough net to make myself some fishnet stockings, and the 2 hooks I had left made some very fetching earrings when I paired them with a couple of discarded ringpulls. Needless to say, once I was in this ensemble I only had to let the 36 inch quads do the talking and I made enough money in 1 week to apply for my National fishing liscence!!!

Thanks. How much protein would you estimate you get and do you ever find that fiber, minerals, etc.. are lacking?
I actually eat about 50-75% fat when getting lean and never really take protein over 150-160g. I have noticed zero difference between that and when I used to eat 300g+. Also I think the 6 meals a day is total BS. I get really lean eating 3-4.
