They look low but I rarely post all the day's food. I'd say when I diet strict that I eat under 2000cals a day. It depends on how much muscle you have, what are you running, etc. When I burn fat naturally, I eat fewer cals than when on a stack. I also train lighter less volume etc. So I adapt according to what I am doing.
Normally I just eyeball it. If I want to get in contest shape then I eat an exact amount.
