I'm gonna start monday.
But I will tell you a story about what happened when I lost 60+ pounds.
Sure I would get some compliments "oh you look great" "You have lost a ton of weight" etc...
But then I also got these comments: "Your cancer didn't come back did it?" "Are you sick?"
As a natural, it really does make you question if it is worth it. I was in great shape, but got swallowed by a Large t-shirt. My waist was down to a 32. I know I can do it again.
But I don't see the point without drugs.
